The views from our bedroom window and the cleanness of the room and the friendly claning staff They suggested they had tea/coffee making facilities which we apparantly had to ask for. However we never got any. Hairdryer also poor and the evening meal in restaurant not very good. Only had the one meal! |

Had requested a room with view of mountains and got lovely corner room with two balconies. View from same wonderful - beautiful to sit out on balony at night and look at the fort which was lit up. Staff very friendly and helpful and room very clean. Rooms a little small but bathroom good size and plenty wardrobe space. |

View fom the room As i work in the hotel business myself i was appalled to see that there was no night porter on duty during the night. I came back from being out at 2am in the morning went to my room to open the door keycard wouldn t work. I had to sleep in the lobby on one of the couches for 4 and a half hours before reception staff came in to do me a key for my room. I was so annoyed. I asked for a reduction in the rate so that was agreed on my last night. If there was a fire in the hotel i dread to think what would happen as there is no night porter on at night in the hotel. |

Calme et confortable Réservation faite pour 2 personnes en précisant 2 lits séparés; en fait, la chambre attribuée comportait un grand lit et un lit d'appoint! Donc non conforme à la réservation. |
