Clean, comfortable and firendly well presented staff. The service was excellent when you could get it. No noise from nearby train station. Easy walking distance to sights in Lourdes. Good base for the Pyrenees. Minimal staff on duty, difficult to get service at times in reception in a timely manner. |

I liked our room which looked out to the Pyrnees. The bathroom was lovely. Bed very comfortable. I liked the terrace. If returning to Lourdes I will certainly stay in this hotel. Very clean, roomly and comfortable. |

Hotel very richly decorated, it made really look forward to returning at the end of the day. Staff very helpful. Hotel is featured in Lourdes Museum and is very stylish. Only one resturant open not two as specified, however, good choice of traditional Basque Food. The room was cleaned well, however, the maid moved our toiletries and we had trouble finding them, also, we removed the blanket from the bed due to the heat and it was put back on again. |

The scenary of the Pyranesse mountain range was breathtaking from the terrace of the hotel. A little bit far from the pilgammage sites of Lourdes. |

The hotel had recently been renovated and was very clean. The staff, Nicholas, in particular, was very helpful to us. We had a delicious, reasonably-priced meal at the hotel restaurant and there was free parking. |

Good location just outside the main centre of town with great veiws toward's the pyrenees. Try the citybus to get around town, cheap and easy with a day pass. no childrens rate for the continental breakfast, 10euros was expensive for a bowl of cereal. |

The staff were good and there was ample free parking in the hotel grounds. Views of the mountains and restaurant were very good. The minute rooms - though still comfortable, our had a sloping roof which meant we could not stand in at least half of our room and had to get dressed lying down on the bed or kneeling on the floor. The drunk arseholes next door who kept us awake 3 am until 7 am. |

The hotel was across the street to the train station. Which is ideal if you are using the train. The hotel is a fair walk to the sanctuary. Buses are available but it would of been nicer to be closer to the sanctuary and restaurants. |

the hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly, the food only ate there the once not too bad but the sauce was too salty. almost everything that was advertised was there promising an airport shuttle that was never there at all to the extent that it runs every twenty minutes in the busy season there was never one at all and no apologies offered.; apart from it used to be there about five years ago Far from the grotto sanctuary |

We stayed for four nights mar/apr '09 in room 203 This room being a bit small but the view was just great. Good Staff very helpful Receptionist Dinning Room & Cheif all had a good word and helpful.I Would have liked the full breakfast as in ireland but do as they say while in france take whats on offer. Buffet Brakfast Good. Right next to railway station with no noise. The Room was Small but Exellent condition and the view took my time on the balcony. Meals very small but tasty Veg, Potatoes,Chips could be in a serving dish. The Chickens Leg I had reminded me of a lolly pop long leg little meat. Wondered what happened the breast? |

The views from our bedroom window and the cleanness of the room and the friendly claning staff They suggested they had tea/coffee making facilities which we apparantly had to ask for. However we never got any. Hairdryer also poor and the evening meal in restaurant not very good. Only had the one meal! |

Had requested a room with view of mountains and got lovely corner room with two balconies. View from same wonderful - beautiful to sit out on balony at night and look at the fort which was lit up. Staff very friendly and helpful and room very clean. Rooms a little small but bathroom good size and plenty wardrobe space. |
