The hotel was very central, close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and the bathroon was especially nice. |

I liked the location of the hotel. So close to the town centre and only a short walk to the lake.Found the staff very friendly and helpfull. Our room way very clean, bright and airy.Plus been able to park our car in the hotel garage was great. not really. Maybe the lift was small and a bit slow but used the stairs most of the time |

Loved the comfort of the bed and bedlinen and overall cleanliness. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and Lake. Again, the fact that the restaurant was not open in the evening, and the fact that this was made clear when booking. We feel very strongly about this. |

Very conveniently located - five minute walk to lakeside, restaurants, one minute to shops, train station, coachs, car hire. Breakfast too expensive. |

Excellent location close to heart of town, very helpful staff, enjoyable stay. Triple room was in fact twin with "put me up" style camp bed, would of expected three single beds. |

Bonne situation près de la vieille ville. Amabilité du personnel Salle de bains trop petite pour 2.Douche minuscule et pas de baignoire. Petit déjeuner un peu "juste". |

Over het geheel genomen vriendelijke bediening, maar vooral een receptioniste die uitblonk in behulpzaamheid en dienstbetoon. Goede beveiligde eigen parkeergelegenheid. Ligging goed bij de fraaie oude binnenstad. Tikje krappe kamer voor het aanwezige meubilair en de lift is absoluut niet meer van deze tijd: veel te klein. |

Situtation de l'hôtel très centrale, proche du lac et du Vieil Annecy. Personnel très accueillant. Petit-déjeuner copieux et de qualité. La rénovation des chambres (standard) doit être poursuivie, en veillant à un meilleur confort acoustique extérieur mais surtout intérieur. |

Personnel bienveillant Pas de vues sur le lac mais sur la gare SNCF....!! Chambre minuscule , rien à voir avec les photos présentées, SDB '' vieillotte '' . Absence totale d'insonorisation : l'intimité de vos voisins de chambre en direct.......Séjour écourté...... |

Bien situé, a deux pas de la vieille ville et des magasins et restaurants. sale de bain grandre. le wifi étaient en panne tout le long de notre séjour. la climatisation non plus de fonctionnerait pas. Sale a manger très petite, si on va à 8h faut attendre à l'extérieur pcq il n'y a pas assez de place. Dans le buffet les aliments chaud, ne sont pas renouveler, dès œufs brouillés, qui reste toute la mâtiné.... |
