good location, near train station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful The facility is not so new as what i see on website; the layout of the room is not square in privilege room, it's wierd. Generally I think it's a little bit higher price than what they serve. But it's a convient location if u travel by train. |

I liked the location of the hotel. So close to the town centre and only a short walk to the lake.Found the staff very friendly and helpfull. Our room way very clean, bright and airy.Plus been able to park our car in the hotel garage was great. not really. Maybe the lift was small and a bit slow but used the stairs most of the time |

Loved the comfort of the bed and bedlinen and overall cleanliness. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and Lake. Again, the fact that the restaurant was not open in the evening, and the fact that this was made clear when booking. We feel very strongly about this. |

Very conveniently located - five minute walk to lakeside, restaurants, one minute to shops, train station, coachs, car hire. Breakfast too expensive. |

Excellent location close to heart of town, very helpful staff, enjoyable stay. Triple room was in fact twin with "put me up" style camp bed, would of expected three single beds. |

La sympathie des employés de la réception, la parking à disposition, le confort de la chambre, la propreté, l'emplacement : à 2 minutes de la vieille ville et des magasins, les petites attentions à l'égard du client, nous sommes vraiment bien accueilli et choyés. Le buffet petit déjeuner est cher, mais je ne l'ai pas pris, donc peut- être que nous sommes bien servis. |

L'acceuil très agréable, la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain était impeccable. Le plateau avec les tasses, le café, le thé, le lait avec la bouilloire ont été fort apprécié. A 5 mn à pied du vieil Annecy et du bord du lac, ainsi que d'un grand centre commercial. Vraiment idéalement situé. |

Emplacement central, personnel sympathique et serviable, literie de qualité, petit déjeuner copieux. L'hôtel répond de façon très satisfaisante aux critères d'exigence d'un trois étoiles. Certaines chambres manquent un peu d'espace. |

Annecy ist eine schöne Stadt und es zieht uns immer wieder dahin. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Lift zu klein und es gibt lange Wartezeiten.Kein Safe im Zimmer. |
