Very conveniently situated. Pleasant, helpful staff. Access to Wi-fi. Comfortable, warm and attractive room with all necessary facilities. As it was raining, it would have been nice to have had the opportunity to eat in the hotel. |

good location, near train station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful The facility is not so new as what i see on website; the layout of the room is not square in privilege room, it's wierd. Generally I think it's a little bit higher price than what they serve. But it's a convient location if u travel by train. |

I liked the location of the hotel. So close to the town centre and only a short walk to the lake.Found the staff very friendly and helpfull. Our room way very clean, bright and airy.Plus been able to park our car in the hotel garage was great. not really. Maybe the lift was small and a bit slow but used the stairs most of the time |

Loved the comfort of the bed and bedlinen and overall cleanliness. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and Lake. Again, the fact that the restaurant was not open in the evening, and the fact that this was made clear when booking. We feel very strongly about this. |

Excellent location close to heart of town, very helpful staff, enjoyable stay. Triple room was in fact twin with "put me up" style camp bed, would of expected three single beds. |

Tout était très bien. Le personnel très aimable, la chambre agréable et confortable. L'insonorisation très bien et le petit déjeuner-buffet copieux et varié. L'hôtel dispose de deux parkings en sous-sol moyennant 9 euros pour 24 h. Très pratique car voiture à l'abri et pour une journée shopping pas besoin de faire des allers-retours pour remettre un ticket de stationnement. |

Tout a été très sympathique, merci. Il n'y a pas de miroir grossissant dans la salle de bains et c'est vraiment très difficile de me maquiller les yeux puisque je suis myope. J'en ai fait la remarque à la réception et il m'a été dit que la direction, consciente de cette remarque puisque plusieurs clients l'ont déjà faite, ne souhaite pas mettre de miroirs. C'est fort regrettable dans la mesure où il s'agit d'un investissement minimal pour un très grand service aux personnes qui, comme moi, ont ce genre de problème. Faut-il que j'aille dans un autre hôtel annécien - ce qui serait vraiment dommage - lors de mon prochain passage ? |

Le dévouement de la personne qui nous a accueilli tardivement, et la persévérance que cette personne a déployer pour combler les lacunes liées à la réservation. Chambre 2 pers alors que la réservation était clairement pour 3, chambre fumeur attribuée par défaut (nous sommes trois non-fumeur), garage réservé par téléphone, enregistré dans le système informatique mais pas dans les faits (tous les emplacements étaient attribué sur papier. Tout ce qu'a essayé de réparer la personne qui nous a accueilli. |
