1) The sink leaking and when addressed as an issue with the staff it was considered "normal" for a 4 star hotel!! 2)The reception desk lady was very cynical and rude--actually no one was nice in that hotel. 3) We booked for 2 rooms and got less number of beds than we had in our booking, while we were 5 adults--when addressed as an issue to the hotel staff they became more rude. Watch out for extra charges like paid TV/movies as staff seem to watch movies prior to your check in, and then they bill you for that. Totally unprofessional and not worth of money especially when you think that you are staying in a French 4 star hotel.... |

The place has it all. Great staff, Fantastic location, and a wonderful feeling. We all loved it. Just felt wonderful. Hotel was a bit pricey (due to the exchange rate) but at 160 Euro's for a room for a family of four I don't think it was too bad. |

The staff was extremely helpful and service was excellent. The restaurant was deserving of its Michelin rating. Excellent experince. We had a problem with ants in our bathroom upon checkin but the staff was very apologetic and worked to solve the problem. |

We loved the central location - only 5-10 minutes' walk from the train station, and so convenient to restaurants, shops and all the sights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean - great jacuzzi bathtub in the sparkling, spacious bathroom, too. The cozy, relaxing bar in the lobby was inviting, and we enjoyed dropping in several times during the weekend. Delicious breakfast in the morning with quality products in a nicely decorated room. We had dinner in the gourmet restaurant in the hotel. Modern design, good food overall and reasonable prices. Service was acceptable, but not exceptional, and the foie gras was a bit disappointing (pressed, which gave it a slippery texture). |

The hotel is in a very good central location. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment which we were not advised of either by the hotel or Booking.com. Our room was ok but the bathroom was very very cramped and not to the standard I would have expected. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the lift only goes to the 2nd floor. It was then a long walk to our room. There wasn't a porter to help with our bags. In our view this hotel does not warrant its 4* rating. |

The location is terrific - central, yet quiet. I wasn't feeling well one morning, so the staff sent tea to my room - nice! Reception staff very helpful and had good information. It was too bad their restaurant was undergoing renovations - we had heard it's very good. |

Great bathroom We arrived on dec 24 and there is only 1 person doing everything from locking front door till checking us in; the feeling is not good when your hotel has to lock the gate in d front door, making you feeling very insecure. |

The hotel staff was very accomodating. We arrived late so most restaurants were closed. The staff went out of their way to provide us with food. The room decor is much more pleasing than any Marriott or Hilton! I would not state this as something I don't like, but something I would like ... that is to have coffee available in the rooms. |
