L hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato, Si trova in centro città, a due passi da tutto. Le camere sono ben arredate e spaziose, io avevo una camera superior ed era davvero ampia, bagno convasca idromassaggio e tutti I comfort. Il personale è gentilissimo e cordiale. Hanno un servizio parking (15 euro!!!!!) ma non ne vale la pena perché ci sono diversi parcheggi liberi a pochi metri dall hotel. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Alcune parti Dell hotel sono rimaste quelle vecchie, per esempio l ascensore che è visibilmente datato. Pecca non sottovalutabile: la colazione costa 17 euro a persona ed il buffet è piccolo, poca scelta, qualità discutibile e sala colazioni con 10 Tavolinetti ammassati.

We had an extremely njoyable 5 night stay here. The staff were particularly helpful.

The hotel is well situated next to the cathedral and the old town. We appreciated the friendly service. Since it was rainy and rather cold, the sauna and steam bath was well-appreciated. The room was very quiet and we slept extremely well!

Our room was rather small and the cupboard could not be used, as there were pillows and additional blankets in it. There may be bigger rooms available.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of Dijon. Rooms were ok, hammam and sauna were a nice treat.

No parking at the hotel and breakfast at EURO17 per person was extortianate, considering the basic breakfast. The rom was at the street side so very noisy in the morning.

I can't fault this hotel. Facilities, staff and service were all excellent. The food is to die for and is amongst the best I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. Well done Best Western, I can't wait to stay here again!

The attention to getting things right! On checking into our room, our room smelt of strong cigarette smoke and we were upgraded to a larger room immediately! The bed linen and pillows were very soft and comfortable. A good quality breakfast.

Initial checking-in took slightly longer than necessary as I had to wait until the staff had finished a conversation. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities, I know this is a rareity for France but some hotels in France do offer this service now. The exorbitant prices for the set menu and the al la carte menu in the restaurant. Having to pay for car parking--it would have been nice to have had it included in the room rate.

Great staff. Very good location. Good sized accomodations. Very good irish pub just down the street.

All was above average, very good to excellent.

The resturant staff were great as were the reception

The room was tired, curtains hanging off rails, dirty carpet outside room, and craked tiles and mould in bathroom, definatley not what we expect from this type of suite.

Flooded bathroom, because the shower screen was totally inadequate. Also, the well respected restaurant was closed for the nights we were there, in spite of no mention of this being made either when we booked or on the website; this was a real irritation, as we had previously dined at the restaurant and had been impressed. (However, there is a silver lining to every problem: we had far cheaper meals and, I am sure, equally good meals elsewhere)

Very small room at end of corridor. No view. Bathroom connected directly to the room with no door except to tiny lavatory. The lavatory flush broke down twice in 12 hours. We objected to giving our passports as this was the only hotel in France to request this. The management said it was their policy....but we are in the EU.

The staff were excellent and the best part of the experience. There assistance and attention to detail went above and beyond. The location was excellent for our stay.

The ac was not available due to the time of year.This was a negative for us, as we selected the site using this as one of our criteria as some locations do not offer this in Europe. Our first room was on the front of the building which is noisy and due to the ac not operating opening windows was problematic.

The hotel was in a great position, the staff were friendly and provided excellant service, nothing was too much trouble.

I reserved this hotel based on the property pictures and hotel description with plenty of time. Much of the hotel was renovated except our room was still in shabby old condition. The extra bed for my daughter was the most uncomfortable ever. The room was dark and drab. The breakfast is really disappointing for the price. The smallest pastries and very little variety. It's is in good location. We were referred to a typical Dijonaise restaurant that was very touristy and all in our party got sick.
