Staff was kind, attentive and helpful, also English speaking. Location was excellent for exploring downtown area. Room was comfortable, had jacuzzi, which we enjoyed after a day of exploring Dijon. We would havae enjoyed the convenience of a dinner at the hotel. Unfortuantely, the one star restaurant is way too over priced, with entress running 30 euros and main courses cositng even more! We have eaten at one stars for far less! Also, the restuatnt was very cold, stiff and formal looiking, not pleasant and welcoming at all! We ate a wonderful meal elsewhere for less! |

The hotel has had a complete refit since my last stay 2 years ago and is simply wonderful in every way. The staff could not be more helpful or charming. The restaurant is absolutely superb and, though expensive, is reasonably priced for its high quality. A sommelier is on hand to help with the extensive wine list. The hotel is very the city centre and only 5 mins walk from the TGV station. |

The Hotel has a wonderful location in the city of Dijon - really central. The only opportunity area for improvement was the quality of the beds and pillows, as my children said that their beds we not so comfortable. |

Nice locations, room ok Service in reception and bar was quite poor,for example: when we checked in the hotel no comments in reception that they have a good restaurant in Hotel and it's open also on Sunday; |

Extremely friendly staff, great location close to main shopping area and antique quarter, good sized comfortable bedroom, valet parking was well priced so close to the city centre very minor issues - drinks in the bar were very expensive (although the Bar Tender was knowledgeable and friendly) and no free WIFI - we went to the nearby McDonalds for free access!! |

Hotel très bien situé en centre ville. Personnel aimable et efficace. Chambre bien insonorisée et climatisée. La soufflerie de la climatisation arrêtée était bruyante; je l'ai signalé à la réception lors de mon départ. |

L'albergo è ben posizionato per la visita alla città ed anche facilmente raggiungibile per chi è in transito dall'Italia o da Parigi. L'assistenza del personale di servizio è stata molto buona. |
