Perfect situated in paris After arriving it appaired that the suite we booked was not available, so we were downgraded. The room we got, was not finished yet (it was a new hotel). There was a terrible wall paper-glue and paint smell in the room. Workers came in the room, unnotified and without asking, to finish the room during our stay. Wifi didn't work, coffee cups not added during the next days, tv worked only the second day. Alarm system was tested without notifying the guests! Beds were tuff and small for two persons. Trying to get the suite we booked for did not give any result. Also, at checkout, we did not get the money back from downgrading (as promised before). So paying more than 1300 euro for three nights, for such room and such kind off service, feels like a scam!
