Aaamiainen oli hyvä ja kauniit huoneet. Pyyhkeitä ja pesuaineita oli vähän. Pyyhkeita ei ollut aina ollenkaan. Melua kadulta ja pieni huone. |

Aamiainen hyvä, sijainti loistava, Uuden Vuoden tervehdys hotellin puolesta oli mukava yllätys!!! Hissi toimi, mutta oli epämiellyttävä käyttää. |

Sijainti. Lähistöllä hyviä lapsiperheille sopivia ruokapaikkoja. Aamiaishuone ja varsinkin palvelu siellä oli surkeaa. Aamiainen oli sinänsä hyvä, mutta aamiaishuoneeseen joutui jonottamaan, koska se oli aivan liian pieni ja koska sen hoitaja oli aivan uskomattoman hidas siivoamaan pöytiä ja tuomaan kahvia ja puhtaita laseja etc. Lopulta hotellivieraat siivosivat itse pöytiä ja ottivat kaapista puhtaita astioita jne. |

The close proximity to the Champs Elysee and Metro, easy walk to attractions, excellent breakfast, and free internet access. Very helpful staff, who stored our luggage on checkout day. |

The location was excellent. The staff was amazingly helpful, especially Khaled Saffak, but everyone else was great.. But again, being located 2 mins away from the arc de triumph is what made a huge difference! :) The room was small, but we did not expect otherwise. Also breakfast was fair, however not very good. |

Hotel stuff are very helpfull talking English, French and even Arabic. Location is great, near to Champs Elysee's Avenue, metro and allot of good shops and resturants there |

The location was perfect for location to two of the key sights of Paris and access to other areas was easy. The immediate neighbourhodd was delightful and varied. A perfect start to our 2 week Paris vacation. |

The staff was very freindly and helpful with regards to directions to key tourist spots. the proximity of the hotel to the Metro was very convienient. We were only in town for 2 days so Metro was key for us to be able to get arround quickly. Rooms were typical in size but clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was a bit of a pain. the road was free on the street on the weekend but we ended up using the parking garage (150 M away) as free spots were imposible to find. |

Excellent location. Handy for Metro. Lovely continental breakfast. Very helpful staff as we spoke very little French. Room a tad small. |

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They spent time with us going over directions. The room could have been cleaner. One day it looked hardly serviced at all. The room was very small. The breakfast room was small and stuffy. |

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. The location is excellent as it is very close to the Arc de Trioumphe and the Champs Elysees. The rooms are small, but to be expected for such a location. |
