凱旋門、エールフランスバスの停留所にも近く市内観光に便利です。ただし、部屋はかなり狭いです。 コネクティングルームをオーダーしたのにツインルーム2部屋にされてしまいました。フロントに苦情を言って- 空いているコネクティングルームを見せてもらいましたが、あまりよい部屋ではないので、ツインルーム2部屋- のままにしてもらいました。 |

スタッフは非常に親切でフレンドリーでした。ただやはり部屋の狭さが気になります。特にシャワールームは少- 々笑ってしまいました。ロケーションと価格を考慮すれば妥当と言えるかもしれません。 ビュッフェ形式の朝食付き、とのことでしたが、パンとシリアル、ヨーグルトくらいしかなかったがちょっとど- うかな、と。 |

予想通りに空港バス乗り場からも近く，便利なところ。ただし外の交通量が多く，結構音がする。バスタブ付き- でした。 |

チェックインの時間より早く到着しましたが，快くチェックインさせていただきました．また，レストランの予- 約時間に遅れそうになると，すぐに電話で問い合わせしていただきました．フロント・スタッフはとても親切な- 方々でした． 凱旋門に近い場所にありますので，朝晩の睡眠時間の地下鉄の音や外の車の音が少々気になります． |

予約したはずのコネクティングルームではなく、変更した部屋は暖房がきかなかった。 スタッフの対応は不十分。 ２階、３階の端部屋は１階のバーの音楽が筒抜け。 ４階、５階の廊下にはリネンのカートが放置されていた。 |

とにかく狭いというレビューを拝見して、それでも納得して予約をいれましたが、本当に狭かったです。特にシ- ャワールームはヒップの大きな女性では入れないのではないかと思うくらい。でも、ローケーションをとって客- 室の狭さを我慢するという選択はそんなに間違っていなかったかなと思います。今回はウエブサイトのレビュー- がとても役に立ちました。 |

The room was not as advertised in the pictures shown on the website. It was a lot smaller and grubby. It smelt of smoke and had not been cleaned when we checked in. The staff let themselves into the room even though there was a do not disturb sign on the door. Overall very poor. |

The location is very good, near the Charles de Guille underground station. It is also very close to Champ Elysees. The attitude of the night time shft staff. We were given 2 rooms on different floors. There was no apology and we were told that it was our fault. |

Very close to the Champs Elysées and metro station. The room was a little small like many hotels in Paris but it was ok. Their is no internet connection via lan cable as advertised... Just wifi and it was one of the main reason I have choosen this hotel... Beside the streets are very noisy during the night. I have been waken up every night around 5 am !!! Don't expect to have a good sleep if you are sensible to noise... |

The Hotel Location and the Staff only... The Room is very very very very Tiny ,, you can't walk inside the room you have to jump to reach the other way of the room ,, The cleaning staff is very dirty they dont clean the room, then just make the bed,, I will never go back to this hotel ,, very expensive comparing with the 3 Star ,, it should be 1/2 Star only... |

Nothing to speak of. The rooms and overall facilities are extremely small and uncomfortable. My 2 days there were a waste of money and we actually had to pay for the second night while choosing to stay at another Best Western hotel (the Hotel Du Neuville) nearby. We liked nothing and it is a disgrace that this hotel is rated as a three star hotel compared to what other three star hotels we saw have to offer. |

The location is great, just walking distance from all important places, the stuff and cleanest or very ok, the breakfast was fine. The rooms are very small, I mean really small, there is almost no place to move, and the TV is poor. |

We had a cosy corner room. Small but sufficient. We were able to leave our luggage at the desk after checking out. Which was very handy. The only comment I would like to make is, that they did not had a seperate room to stall the luggage in. |

The room was not clean, the door of the shower did not close, the room was noisy, we waited 15mn in front of the hotel, because the entry was closed with advice: I will come back in a few minutes. The person at the reception came back after 15 mn because he had room service?!?! Is there only one person for roomservice and hotel?!?! The rate of 180 euro is only for this central loacation not for any comfort in this hotel. |
