予想通りに空港バス乗り場からも近く，便利なところ。ただし外の交通量が多く，結構音がする。バスタブ付きでした。 |

チェックインの時間より早く到着しましたが，快くチェックインさせていただきました．また，レストランの予約時間に遅れそうになると，すぐに電話で問い合わせしていただきました．フロント・スタッフはとても親切な方々でした． 凱旋門に近い場所にありますので，朝晩の睡眠時間の地下鉄の音や外の車の音が少々気になります． |

予約したはずのコネクティングルームではなく、変更した部屋は暖房がきかなかった。 スタッフの対応は不十分。 ２階、３階の端部屋は１階のバーの音楽が筒抜け。 ４階、５階の廊下にはリネンのカートが放置されていた。 |

とにかく狭いというレビューを拝見して、それでも納得して予約をいれましたが、本当に狭かったです。特にシャワールームはヒップの大きな女性では入れないのではないかと思うくらい。でも、ローケーションをとって客室の狭さを我慢するという選択はそんなに間違っていなかったかなと思います。今回はウエブサイトのレビューがとても役に立ちました。 |

朝食の部屋が大変狭く、ブッフェ朝食も種類は限られています。ロケーションは非常に良いのですが、ホテルライフを楽しめるホテルではないです。エアコンも水が滴り落ちてきました。ロケーション的には満足してます booking.comで予約した際に、質問等をしたのですが、返事が全くありませんでした。 |

空港からのリムジンバスが凱旋門の近くまで出ているので荷物を持っての移動が少なくすんで良かった。パリの観光も駅が近くにあるので楽でした。特にディズニーランドに行くには電車1本で行けたので助かりました。 |

2ウィンを予約しておいてもベッドはシングル返事は初日はあなた一人だからーーーーー料金は同じ 部屋が非常に狭い、2人入ると歩くスペイスも狭く、１８０ユーロはかんがえられない。 |

何よりロケーションが抜群！空港からの移動もAIRFRANCEのバスを利用してとても楽でした。ホテルスタッフも感じ良かったです。 過去のレビューを読んで覚悟はしていたけど、やはり部屋が狭かったです。４人利用のファミリールーム利用でしたが、ダブルベット１台とソファーが１台、ソファーの下から引き出し型の簡易ベットで４人。簡易ベットを引き出すと、通路がなくなり、移動ができませんでした。 |

The close proximity to the Champs Elysee and Metro, easy walk to attractions, excellent breakfast, and free internet access. Very helpful staff, who stored our luggage on checkout day. |

The location was excellent. The staff was amazingly helpful, especially Khaled Saffak, but everyone else was great.. But again, being located 2 mins away from the arc de triumph is what made a huge difference! :) The room was small, but we did not expect otherwise. Also breakfast was fair, however not very good. |

Hotel stuff are very helpfull talking English, French and even Arabic. Location is great, near to Champs Elysee's Avenue, metro and allot of good shops and resturants there |

The location was perfect for location to two of the key sights of Paris and access to other areas was easy. The immediate neighbourhodd was delightful and varied. A perfect start to our 2 week Paris vacation. |

The staff was very freindly and helpful with regards to directions to key tourist spots. the proximity of the hotel to the Metro was very convienient. We were only in town for 2 days so Metro was key for us to be able to get arround quickly. Rooms were typical in size but clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was a bit of a pain. the road was free on the street on the weekend but we ended up using the parking garage (150 M away) as free spots were imposible to find. |

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They spent time with us going over directions. The room could have been cleaner. One day it looked hardly serviced at all. The room was very small. The breakfast room was small and stuffy. |
