Best Western Grand Hôtel Les Capitouls  

Location, 5 min from town centre. The bus stop of the airport shuttle right in front of the door as well as the metro station. Some small supermarkets closeby for self catering (like monoprix in the subway station and Intermarche around the corner). Safe in the room, fitting a lap-top (but not attached to the wall. Free standing). We has room 101, facing a small side street. No great view but quiet.

No coffee/tea facilities in room. Breakfast: around 8:15 on Sunday morning, several supplies on the buffet were already low due to a group of 6-7 who had breakfast. Nobody around for refill. The first waitress showed up around 8:30 but at 9:00, the trash and dirty dishes on the tables were still there. Absolute ineffcicient service. Buffet has a decent variety but not worth the 15 Euro they charge for it. Cleaning of the rooms: No attention for details. Water glasses in bathroom not clean and were not replaced all days. Some dirt pieces not removed all days.

I like the convience of the location close to the subway and bus routes, resturants and the internet quality allowed me to stay connected with my company in the United States.

Figuring out how the thermostat worked to get the temperature comfortable in the room.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms impeccably clean. Bed and sheets very good. Bathroom new and clean.

The location, just 5 minutes to central square, metro-system 1 minute walk and resaurants all over the place.The spacious room.

Quite limited TV-stations, mainly french and limited interesting movies on the pay-channels. There was no shower-curtain wich meant the bath-room became quite wet when showering.

Très bon accueil belle entrée bel hôtel qui change des grandes chaines stéréotypées,chambre cocooning très propre,wifi,proximité centre ville gare et métro sans les inconvénients on a envie d'y revenir

Petite armoire pour ranger les vêtements petit déjeuner cher mais de bonne qualité disposition des tables un peu serrées
