Location, 5 min from town centre. The bus stop of the airport shuttle right in front of the door as well as the metro station. Some small supermarkets closeby for self catering (like monoprix in the subway station and Intermarche around the corner). Safe in the room, fitting a lap-top (but not attached to the wall. Free standing). We has room 101, facing a small side street. No great view but quiet. No coffee/tea facilities in room. Breakfast: around 8:15 on Sunday morning, several supplies on the buffet were already low due to a group of 6-7 who had breakfast. Nobody around for refill. The first waitress showed up around 8:30 but at 9:00, the trash and dirty dishes on the tables were still there. Absolute ineffcicient service. Buffet has a decent variety but not worth the 15 Euro they charge for it. Cleaning of the rooms: No attention for details. Water glasses in bathroom not clean and were not replaced all days. Some dirt pieces not removed all days.

I like the convience of the location close to the subway and bus routes, resturants and the internet quality allowed me to stay connected with my company in the United States. Figuring out how the thermostat worked to get the temperature comfortable in the room.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms impeccably clean. Bed and sheets very good. Bathroom new and clean. Rooms a bit small and depressing, with no real public lobby space to spend time instead of in room.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Toulouse which made it easy to walk to various sites and the airport shuttle stops right outside the door. We were only there one night but found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was not large but very comfortable and clean. For the price we paid, we thought the value was unbeatable. The only complaint we had was that there is no shower curtain or glass which means that the vanity gets wet when using the shower. Certainly it was not an issue which would keep us fronm using thi shotel again or recommending it to others.

We paid 65 euros for a Saturday night at this hotel in central Toulouse and it was probably the best value hotel we have stayed at in a year in France. Very clean, great bed, great location.

The staff were very friendly, room equipment excellent, bed very confortable, very good sound isolation from neighbours and from outside (although very central). Walking distance from all centre attractions, very practical. Nothing negative!

The location of the airport shuttle, breakfast was very good, Cleanleness of the room, bed was comfortable, staff was very helpful. Very good restaurants near by. Air conditioner worked great, needed, it very warm during our stay. I hate to be negative, but for a three star hotel, the room was small but maybe not by older european standards and the bath room was poorly lit, the shower was so small that a larger person(I'm 5.6 feet tall) would have a hard time taking a shower. The location was very good but we had some minor issues with potential tourist crime near the hotel, it was not serious enough to deter us from freely moving about during our visit. We do not want to say Toulouse is a unsafe city for tourist, Toulouse is safer than most European tourist cities.

Clean rooms, hotel has a very central location in Toulouse and a nice breakfast for its price. Unfortunately the hotel has limited/poor bar facilities.

The location, just 5 minutes to central square, metro-system 1 minute walk and resaurants all over the place.The spacious room. Quite limited TV-stations, mainly french and limited interesting movies on the pay-channels. There was no shower-curtain wich meant the bath-room became quite wet when showering.
