The hotel was clean and very near the beach and the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel pool was excellent as a break from the sand that got everywhere after a day at the beach. Our only complaints relate specifically to the room in that; a) it was a bit on the small size when the baby's cot was added, b) the toilet was separate from the bathroom and smelled and c) the shower screen didn't work and we flooded the bathroom after every wash. |

Room was newly refurbished. No kettle, bar / restaurant overpriced, the 30 mins massage was extremely poor and a waste of money. |

very helpful with maps and directions to sites of interest; nice breakfast buffet lack of covered parking; garage that was available had only 4 very small parking stalls that were covered. Uncovered parking was too constricted for us to use; we had to park on the street. |

We were put into a room with only a shower and with a young baby this proved very difficult. Also the room was very old fashioned and nothing like the pictures on their website. |

location/price towels for swimming were 3 euro each. Only bathroom supply was a large liquid soap dispensor. Renovation work was being carried out in room below: noisy at 8am. Poor TV reception on some channels. Characterless rooms. |

La piscine Pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée (en début d'après midi) donc pas de douche possible après voyage. Toujours pas d'eau chaude au retour en fin de soirée (après restaurant exté., Soirée et balade sur la plage) donc toujours pas de douche possible, en prime lavage des dents à l'eau glacée? Très agréable! Inadmissible pour un 3 etoiles. En plus réclamation pas prise au sérieux par personnel de réception. |

Le personnel etait tres acceuillant et tres professionel. Des travaux dans l'hotel nous ont empecher de faire des grasses matinées de par le bruit dès 09h du matin (marteaux, métaux qui tombent, etc...), les travaux en question concernaient la restauration de la partie balnéo de l'hotel, alors que nous l'avions choisi pour cela. Mais aucune informations n'était inscrite sur le site lors de la réservation au sujet d'une impossibilité d'utilisation. |

Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Bar fermé à toutes heures, personnel de réception pas à l'écoute, salle de fitness hors service, travaux le matin à 9h00, nous sommes allés dans la piscine qui normalement fermait à 20h et nous sommes allés dans la piscine à 19h15 les lumières se sont éteintes 10 minutes après notre arrivée, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le noir. |
