We were two groups of 5 - the apartment flexibility therefore was great. The rooms were well equipped beyond our expectations. The apartment felt light and airy, the kitchen and lounge area space excellent - we would have liked to have used more of the facilities but weather prevented this. However the snooker table and game room altho sparse were useful. The staff were welcoming and helpful - we thorougly enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.

Very smart for 3*, lovely grounds, good parking, nice big room, great bed, good bar, good breakfast, quick checkout. Great location. They had messed up booking, had names wrong. Sorted that, then they said rooms not ready (3.30pm). Then they said rooms were twins (booked doubles). Eventually found rooms that were ready, but only one was a double. Disappointing - never had a booking.com reservation go wrong before. But it was resolved. Taks a copy of your booking confirmation with you!

Good rooms and building generally. Convenient location for where we go regularly. Efficient but rather cold impersonal staff. Cost of a simple continental breakfast seemed extortionate even for a French hotel.

We have been a number of times. Main thing is comfort of large beds and rooms. Hotel decor good and bright. And is kept in good order. Too many modern hotels have weird dark colour schemes! We will be back. The duo menu did not change each day.

The hotel was just an overnight stop to the Channel Tunnel crossing. We went there on our journey to Spain and then back again. It was very comfortable and lovely to relax in and the staff are very friendly. The evening meal was very expensive and there was not much choice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pool area. Tennis courts. Good size of suite. Easy parking. The main issues were oderous and stained carpets in the room suite and no ventillation in the toilet. The dressing room had a particularly bad odour. Also, the kitchenette facilities were old - we had to have the dishwasher repaired during our stay. The room was not ready at 3pm, as your policy states. We arrived at 3pm, to be told that the room would not be ready until 4.30 pm. No explanation or apology was given. We had travelled all that day and were tired. In the circumstances, we would have appreciated to have been offered somewhere in the hotel to sit and complementary refreshments. We waited in the car park. This is however an observation, not a complaint.

Lovely room with huge bed! Good service from staff. The bath was horrendously slippery and quite a large step up - very dangerous. Mentioned this to reception who agreed that many people had the same problem, but nothing could be done. Also, the waitresses looked a little scruffy!

De kamers zijn comfortabel en schoon Liggin van het hotel is goed Het diner viel erg tegen. het was met weinig zorg bereid en niet lekker. Prijs/kwaliteit dus niet goed! personeel ook tamelijk chagrijnig. Wij waren met vrienden en hadden dit hotel ook gekozen vanwege de facliteiteen, waaronder tennis. Echter de tenniscourts waren niet schoon gemaakt en daardoor erg glad door het mos. Het net was ook verteerd en daardoor maakte het geheel een nogal aftandse indruk.

hôtel très agréable , décontracté,chaleureux , la décoration est de bon gout, le personnel très efficace mais pas pesant, et la situation géographique exceptionnelle. Un bel endroit pour un séjour de détente , de sport et de promenade.

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig; nah zum Strand und Dorf Hardelot. Viele Freizeitaktivitäten sind möglich. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Sehr freundliches Personal.
