Best Western Hôtel Du Parc  

We were greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not use.

I had to ask for our bill to be amended as we had been charged for breakfast when we had eaten out.

I suppose the carpet on the second floor hall will be refurbished soon but the principal thing is the cleanliness of my room which was perfect

Location and park close to the sea, pets accepted, quiet place

Furnishing require some actions and should be renewed. Beds other than main one are not very comfortable

Friendly and helpful staff. Pool area. Tennis courts. Good size of suite. Easy parking.

The main issues were oderous and stained carpets in the room suite and no ventillation in the toilet. The dressing room had a particularly bad odour. Also, the kitchenette facilities were old - we had to have the dishwasher repaired during our stay. The room was not ready at 3pm, as your policy states. We arrived at 3pm, to be told that the room would not be ready until 4.30 pm. No explanation or apology was given. We had travelled all that day and were tired. In the circumstances, we would have appreciated to have been offered somewhere in the hotel to sit and complementary refreshments. We waited in the car park. This is however an observation, not a complaint.

Lovely room with huge bed! Good service from staff.

The bath was horrendously slippery and quite a large step up - very dangerous. Mentioned this to reception who agreed that many people had the same problem, but nothing could be done. Also, the waitresses looked a little scruffy!

Close to good golf courses and very good clean comfortable hotel highly recommended

Hotel was lovely and clean, bed an amazing size - room had balcony and settee / seating area with table and 2 chairs also. All done to a lovely high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing was the food was quite expensive.

Espace confortable dans la chambre. Calme des lieux. Accueil très correct et restaurant de haute qualité.

Het hotel is heel mooi gelegen in de bossen en toch dicht bij het strand. Pluspunt is de grote parking voor het hotel. Aangenaam kader en warme comfortabele kamers. Mooi uitgebreid ontbijt.

Wij hebben 2X 's avond gedineerd en dit is prijs/kwaliteit toch wat tegengevallen. In Frankrijk verwachten wij echt wel een ietsje meer van de gastronomie. Het gebruik van een beetje kruiden zou al veel meer smaak in het eten brengen !
