Location and swimming pool I booked a triple, noting that an additional guest could stay if under aged 10. I was allocated a lovely ground floor room with private terrace. When the staff spotted a 7year old in the party they said we had to upgrade to a 4-person room or pay for 2 rooms due to fire saftey regulations. The extra-person in a room policy did not apply to triple rooms!! They tried to charge me a great deal more but I refused and said I would rather leave. Reluctantly, they gave us a bigger room for the same price but astonishingly this was on the first floor with a window as the alternative escape rather than a door onto the terrace. So they were happy, but in the event of a fire we would be far more likely to burn to death - the previous room was far safer |

Very pleased with this hotel. Nice position by the river/port. Within walking distance of Dinan town centre (although a ver steep hill!) Restaurant very good. We found the unusual bathroom very convenient. Receptionist was prickly and appeared to be under trained. She told us the restaurant was fully booked at 7.30 but that she would book us in for 7pm. We rushed only to find she hadn't booked us in at all and the restaurant didn't even open until 7.15. Fortunately they weren't full so they fitted us in anyway. |

The location of the hotel in the Old Port and our room's clean bathroom. The room was smaller and darker than expected. A shelf above coffee-making area jutted out and I banged my head on this, twice. Ventilation/window opening area was poor and room was stuffy. The noise of the flagpole wire constantly clicking was irritating as was noise of new arrivals at Reception. Breakfast was very expensive. |

The Hotel was clean, and the staff were welcoming. The location by the river makes it special and the reason i booked it again from a previous stay. The adjoining doors to other rooms. The bar prices. |

Excellent location on the riverside and 5 minutes walking distance to the old town of Dinan. Terraces overlooking pool and a good jacuzzi. The quality of the meals were poor, during high season it should be possible to change the menu often with freshly cooked produce |

Location, modern hotel, great food in the restaurant, free parking, free internet, free pool / jacuzzi Even though the hotel claims that a child under 10 can stay for free when sleeping in the same bed with two paying parents, the hotel receptionist was claiming I've "booked a room where this is not possible". Well, I am not having any of that because I've booked a double room with two paying adults. There is a problem with this "children stay for free" in France, because it sounds like false advertising in some cases. |

We have stayed at the Jerzuel a number of times but only ate in the restaurant once, as with other reviews it was far from memorable. Breakfast is also very highly priced at €14, this trip we did not have breakfast but found a very good venue immediately opposite the hotel on the other side of the river, breakfast €6 and you can sit outside in the sun and admire the view. The communicating door in the room means that you are forced to listen to your neighbours and their TV like it or not, but most irritating the basin is in a seperate area from the bath and there is one tiny towel rail behind the bathroom door and a large blank wall by the basin, totally impractical. |

The location is exceptional opposite the very lovely Port du Dinan. The hotel from the outside looks good. The staff were trained in the corporate style of reception but were engaging and happy to help where they could. From a leisure point of view, the main attractions are the extraordinarily beautiful Mediaeval areas of Dinan, and the Rance river and canal D'Ille which affords wonderful views and walks and cycle rides. It misses a great opportunity to reflect it's fantastic location. The inside is a little bland and the rooms are small but functional. Being a business group of hotels the price is on the high side for what it offers and we did not eat at the hotel for that reason so we cannot comment on the restaurant. |

Location of the hotel looking over the river makes it special. The swimming pool is small and the car park is some distance from the reception |

The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, opposite the Town Hall, close to the ramparts and castle, and 600 metres from the train station. |
The Manoir Du Cunningham is a charming hotel located along the seafront, only a 10-minute walk from the old town at Saint-Malo. Guests enjoy complimentary use of the fitness centre. |
Historical city centre 15 km from the seaside. 34 comfortable rooms. Traditional comfort hotel in Dinan city centre, in front of the Duchesse Anne castle. Good reception. |
