Location was great, easy to find, short walk from the train station. The hotel is very close to the beach-10 minutes walk with a shopping mall and restaurants along the way. Good balance price and quality. We were able to get a door to door airport shuttle service for 29 Euros/way, but the cost goes up to 35 Euros on Sundays for 2 people.

We were on the third floor, the balcony is narrow, you can hear the street noise. The free wifi was in the lounge only, and the buffet breakfast is at an extra cost of 12 euros/person, so is the parking 12 Euros/day. There is no coffee maker and no safe in the room. No facial tissues supplied. The phone was old and dirty.

Glad I chose to stay here as it was my first visit to Nice.Convenient location with a supermarket opp the hotel and walking distance to shopping ,restaurants and 15-20min walk to the seaside. Tram line opp hotel.Room was clean and the receptionist was cheerful and helpful.

-Good relation price-quality. -Good situation in relation with malls and public locomotion.

At the entrance of the hotel in the desk work four persons:Alina and husband,Lena,all them excellent and the fourth an horrible man,rude,reluctant and of course not suitable for that function. Also the manager is not very cordial.

The hotel is easy to find and centrally located. It is generally quiet at night. Staff are helpful with a good command of English. Situated on a main pedestrian street, the hotel is just a half block away from the tram which is 1 Euro to ride [ or you can get a general tram/bus/train pass for 1 day or a week at the stop. The hotel is near restaurants and right next to a large supermarket so supplies are easy to buy. It is also easy to walk to the beach, museums, markets and many other tourist sights.

The bathroom has a lovely deep tub to soak in, but plugs, once in...cannot be removed.[ You'd have to pry them out with a screwdriver/knife, etc. Water won't drain from the tub, once filled. In the tub/shower there is no anti slip mat or bar to hold on to...so be careful!!

Its sittuated on the main street,but the room was quite. Room and bathroom were clean. You cannot hear the noise from the street. Free WIFI-good signal. Good balance price and quality.

Nothing I liked !!! This hotel is terrible!!!!

The hotel room is definitely not what it described on the website.When we entered the room we were totally shocked.This room wad not superior at all!!! And it was even hardly a standard room!Everything in the room wad old and dirty, from the carpet, bedding, towels...The bed cover was extremely dirty and looked like they never wash it before.There is no safety box, no refrigerator, and even no drawer! The "double " bed was actually pushed together by two single bed, which was hard and very uncomfortable! Talking about the staff, except the two female staff in the morning, the two male staff at evening and late night were incredible rude! In a word, this hotel was kind of ruin our holiday @Nice and if you want to have an happy holiday please avoid this hotel,please!

The staff were very helpful and the room we stayed in was quite large and bright (the executive room). The bed was extremely big which was a plus.

The room was not vacuum cleaned each day and it got quite noisy each morning due to the room's location (facing the main street) and the fact there were some works on the pavement taking place then.
