Friendly staff the hotel was quiet so I was able to get a good nights sleep.Very central and conveniently located, you don't have to travel far on foot to buy things. The hotel is very clean but it is old, the air conditioning was just blowing ambient air and the lack of a fridge or a kettle was very dissapointing. |

I lost my address book. The cleaning stuff was very friendly in helping me find it, though later on it turns out that I had forgotten it in our car. Nevertheless, I really appreciate how they immediately helped me search for it. Parking is very limited. There are only 6 parking spots in front of the hotel, and when we arrived all but 1 had already been taken, and the one remaining had a big pot of plant on it, so it was impossible to park a large car there. |

Very good location; near city center, not far from train station (but not too close because that area is not so nice), right on a wide, commercial street. Room was small but in good condition. Bathroom was good as well, more spacious (relatively) than the room Everything was fine; front desk people could have been nicer, but not an issue |

The staff on the main reception were extremely helpful and very friendly. It was so good that I have recommended this hotel to 3 other groups of friends who are going to visit nice over the next few months. The location was brilliant. |

We had our own bathroom Staff was rude, we were assigned a room and when we got in, big surprise, it had been given to someone else before, fortunately the guests were out at the moment. We were given another room, but we were really dissapointed with the first mistake. |

We just stayed on an overnight but it was very convenient to get to from the train station. Its also on the main shopping street, with loads of Restaurnts and eateries close by. They would need to re-hang some of the curtains on the windows. |

Location was good Breakfast was poor and vastly overpriced, there was no mini bar and for an apparently newly sound proofed hotel the noise from 4 storeys below was as if it was being played out in your room. |
