The bar facilities were very poor.

the location was good, comfortable , good street view from the balcony

breakfast was not included, not even continental which which would be a minimal cost. the room was on the very small side, two people could not pass each any where in the room, we were constantly asked our room no every time we came in or out,?

Great location, lovely view from the balcony, handy having a supermarket right across the road and liked the idea of toilet separate to the shower.

The parking provided was very tight and the bath/shower room was a little small.

We only booked it due to location to the train station.

Stayed here whe Monaco Grand Prix was on . Rip off price of 400 euros a night, for a bad 3 star hotel. No restaurant, no bar,or no tea/coffee in room. Room was in poor condtion. Needs redecorating. The french doors was ill fitting and did not close properly,so the outside noise kept us awake. One coat hanger in the wardrobe, for two people staying two nights? When I asked for more, they would do it next day. Never happened. The bathroom had some sort of mould begining to grow on the ceiling. Altogether a bad experience, for what should of been a great weekend. We asked reception she reeplied yes. When quizzed if thius was, she replied it was larger. No way is that a superior room. I have stayed in Travelodges/Premier Inns which are better, cheaper, cleaner for a tenth of the price !!!!

Location is amazing, right on a shopping street, everything you need close by, tram, train, & beach is a 10 min walk. The staff were very friendly & helpful

The rooms are not sound proofed well. Also, if you are a light sleeper, the main street is noisy throughout the night.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Location was great, near shops,station and restaurants.Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and clean towels daily.

Location at the center of the city. Friendly staff.

Relatively poor breakfast. No sponge for shoes.

We enjoyed a splendid view on the city from our balcony. The .ocation of the hotel is great,right in the city centre

We had some problems with parking but it was very quickly solved.

stayed there one year ago and they improved. lots of renovation work has been done and if things keep on developing they will be a nice city boutique hotel soon!

Good position in the main street. Close to station and also the beach. Comfortable and friendly. Convenient supermarket just opposite.

Unfortunately at the time, there were renovations being done on the hotel exterior.

Location was excellent as were the really helpful and informative staff.

A fridge in the room would have been good as would a safe.

Helpfull staff, I stayed for 2 days with my two parents and following the advice of the young woman at the reception we went for 1 day at Monaco and really enjoyed it!

- very good cleaner - room was not too small - location - very friendly owners - may seem silly but I like that: a door between the sleeping room and the small corridor where the door to the bathroom is. Makes a double door between the large corridor of the hotel en bedroom - good bed

Nothing particular. I travel quite often to this category of hotels and thought that this was a really good one - to my personal taste, of course.

I understand best western is currently undergoing A much needed refurbishment. The staff were so helpful , the breakfast was good. I would certainly return after the refurb is done see below. the price was good ,location brilliant.

The only things about the B W was the dirty carpets and the awful curtains that didn't close and let in light, making it difficult to sleep. The lounge bar was ssooooooooooooo dismal we did not bother to have a night cap. Instead we bought a bottle of nouveau beaujelais?? and had it in our room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

with the perfect price/performance rate, it is one of the best hotel that you can find in Nice. Room was really good and all equipped, clean room, nice location makes this hotel really preferrable.

Good location，good rate

One of the stuff told us we got fixed price euro20.00 For Taxi from hotel to Nice Airport & we needed to reserve one day before , but after we arrived the airport , the driver asked us to pay euro35.00 . Then we called the hotel , another stuff said euro20.00 Was not possible . We have to pay but we need to know why the first stuff made mistake . She even mentioned twice ......

The hotel was centrally located within walking distance to the station and most sites. The 2 receptionists - Nella and the other young girl - could not have done any more for us. Breakfast was great. The room small but adequate. Great stay.
