Location was great The rooms were too crowded and the noise isolation was poor. Breakfast was highly overpriced, basicly only bread there. |

room very nice, staff pleasant and helpful. very close to train station and busy area of town. good budget hotel. i would recommed this hotel for students, singles and couples on a budget but it is not for families as it is not child friendly and the area is disturbing. lots of vagrants use the rear of the local shops for sleeping etc, the hotel windows open onto these areas on two sides so its very hard to aviod them. some distressing sights and sounds. |

location was very good for the city we booked a superior room but in my view this was not what we received despite asking several times at the reception who assured us it was. the room was old the drains in the bath and sink took ages to drain the water away and despite complaining they did nothing about it. on arrival we had no bath mat and the towels supplied where for 1 person only. I stay in BW regular for work and this is the worst I have experienced they need to look at what they are doing on Corsica (Ajaccio) as we satyed there after this and the difference was amazing. |

We liked its central location and the fact that it had a car park. Quite a basic budget hotel. Difficult to find when driving there with one way streets etc. |

Well located in city centre, close to the beach. Good prices compared to others hotels in Nice. Opened All night long without waiting The smell of the room the first day was awful. I had some difficulties to sleep by thinking the smell. The pillow was also smelling a little bit, looks like they only wash the pillow coverage. The room and bed was very tiny. I was really expecting more cleanliness for a 3 stars. |

Good location on the shopping street. 15 min to the beach by walk. Small but clean and cosy room, looks realy rennovated. Reseption staff were very frendly and nice. Good value for money. No fridge - would be very helpfull for a long stay. No kettle. Poor breakfast. Small elevator. |

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and can communicate with good English. Luggage service was available which would be convenient for budget travellers. It was a last minute booking for me and there's the only "budget" room available in Nice. The room was too smelly and I had to open the window all night. However the neighborhood was too noisy as it's too close to the train station. |

The hotel is perfect located just near the main street of Nice about &à min walk from the beach in a calm place. I like employees of this hotel, everybody was friendly and willing to help The hotel is needed to be repaired a little bit |

Only stayed one night. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The double room was quite small. I didn't realise there would not be a small fridge which would have been handy for my toddler's food & milk. Had allergies as did my toddler. I think the room (curtains and bed cover) may have needed a good dry clean. |

Friendly staff the hotel was quiet so I was able to get a good nights sleep.Very central and conveniently located, you don't have to travel far on foot to buy things. The hotel is very clean but it is old, the air conditioning was just blowing ambient air and the lack of a fridge or a kettle was very dissapointing. |

I lost my address book. The cleaning stuff was very friendly in helping me find it, though later on it turns out that I had forgotten it in our car. Nevertheless, I really appreciate how they immediately helped me search for it. Parking is very limited. There are only 6 parking spots in front of the hotel, and when we arrived all but 1 had already been taken, and the one remaining had a big pot of plant on it, so it was impossible to park a large car there. |
