Small elevator, tiny floor - i never walked throug floors like that. We bought the economy room at the first floor. Do not accept rooms at the first floor. There is no mobile phone connection there. Room looks like a prison. There is no place to put your bagage on the floor. We complained and the stuff gave us a better room at the 4 floor
This small hotel located in the heart of Paris is nice but not too confortable. The stuff is very kind and always helpful.
Location - very close to Metro and lots of great restaurants and shops Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast good - although limited space
My room was hot. I rang reception and asked for instructions on air conditioning. Was led merry song and dance until confirmed that they did not provide this in "winter" (stay 31st March) I had to open window. Noisy so could not sleep.
Location near business
the hospitality and the help of the team
The bed was hard for my taste.
Very good location. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean. Free WiFi works and it's fast.
We really liked the location
Very happy with this hotel. The location is great and si close to the Louvre and Opera! Many Japanese restaurants nearby for dinner time and little parisian bars, cafes etc. Very happy with the hotel and services!
Great location. Good breakfast.
The room was very very small.
Close to the Metro and tourist attractions such as the Opera, Louvre and Palace Royal. The staff were very friendly and gave us suggestions on local restaurants.
The room could be some larger but was not a big problem..
Perfect Staff Place of hotel Kettle for Tea/coffee at room Closeness to metro station .... etc
Like all Paris accommodation space is a premium but generally difficult to fault anything
Friendly helpful staff; excellent quiet location near to everything; boutique hotel not too xprnsive
The room is pretty small like other Paris hotels. No view from 2 little windows.
Location is the key of this hotel. A walking distance with many attractions and many Japanese restaurants around. I stayed in single room for 1 person with bathroom on lower floor and bedroom on upper floor. The room is clean room and bathtub is a surprise. The free wifi is so good but each device for each username and password is annoying.
Being in a room on ground floor with very small window, hardly any daylight in the room + breakfast being served just out the door got a bit noisy from 7am.... Needed to get more sleep but could not.
Location is great. Quiet road. Staff is super pleasant and helpful.
I asked to checkbout at one. Me request was denied
The employees are very friendly.
Considering I paid £345 for 2 nights room only, it was one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. There are NO facilities to speak of. If you want a breakfast you
Location was spot on.
Room was very small. Just about enough room to walk around the bed. Breakfast eggs were tepid at best
Location was brilliant. Hotel was clean, free wifi, faultless staff - polite and helpful.
breakfast--after the first day we choose to go somewhere else
Location Friendliness of staff Comfortable bed Nice size bathroom
no heating in the upper part of the duplex room
Staff were really helpful
EXTREMELY small rooms. Standard rooms can hardly shelter 1 person, with 2 people in them it becomes a nightmare: no place to put your luggage, if 1 wants to go to the bathroom the other one needs to climb on the bed to let him pass. Very hot in the room as it is very small. No possibility to use your own hairdryer (the one provided by the hotel has only very hot air that hurts). 12 euro breakfast in a very small lobby close to the entrance is a bit too expensive for such conditions.
Good location, very close to the metro and Louvre.
Expensive Breakfast x2 cost of local cafes. No bar. The hotel is expensive - and to cap it all there is a 1 euro per day per person tourist tax added to your bill which you would of thought the hotel could of absorbed.
A good central location. Close to many restaurants - alot of Japanese ones . Close to a metro stop. Feasible to walk to most of the city's attractions. Helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms - with good facilities.
Our room was dismal but we had asked for a low floor
Central location for walking to the Seine with all its attractions the Batobus at Musee D'Orcy saved a lot of walking
The attic room with elevator and steps up and down.
Location near the Opera and lots of Japanese restaurants.
The rooms are FAR too small. My Standard room was hardly ok for one person, let alone two…. You have to choose the right room and book, minimum, a Classic room if you are two. The breakfast area is really inexistent if you consider that you have to have breakfast in a "tunnel shape" hall, in front of the elevator.
Rosella was the highlight of this trip… Excellent service and welcome. She really made you feel at home! Good location close to the museums and shopping areas. Quiet rooms in the back, but very dark on the lower floors. Very practical for a short stay, AND if you do not need to spend too much time in your room.
The room was quite small, but that's what you get in Paris!
Location - close to metro, a few minutes walk to Louvre, Opera and so on Staff - very pleasant and happy to offer advice Air conditioning - helped us to sleep Bed - very comfortable Silence - no noise at all in our room The breakfast seemed expensive but compared to cafes nearby was good value
