Location is great. Quiet road. Staff is super pleasant and helpful.
Being in a room on ground floor with very small window, hardly any daylight in the room + breakfast being served just out the door got a bit noisy from 7am.... Needed to get more sleep but could not.
The employees are very friendly.
I asked to checkbout at one. Me request was denied
Location was spot on.
Considering I paid £345 for 2 nights room only, it was one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. There are NO facilities to speak of. If you want a breakfast you
Location was brilliant. Hotel was clean, free wifi, faultless staff - polite and helpful.
Room was very small. Just about enough room to walk around the bed. Breakfast eggs were tepid at best
Location Friendliness of staff Comfortable bed Nice size bathroom
breakfast--after the first day we choose to go somewhere else
Staff were really helpful
no heating in the upper part of the duplex room
Good location, very close to the metro and Louvre.
EXTREMELY small rooms. Standard rooms can hardly shelter 1 person, with 2 people in them it becomes a nightmare: no place to put your luggage, if 1 wants to go to the bathroom the other one needs to climb on the bed to let him pass. Very hot in the room as it is very small. No possibility to use your own hairdryer (the one provided by the hotel has only very hot air that hurts). 12 euro breakfast in a very small lobby close to the entrance is a bit too expensive for such conditions.
A good central location. Close to many restaurants - alot of Japanese ones . Close to a metro stop. Feasible to walk to most of the city's attractions. Helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms - with good facilities.
Expensive Breakfast x2 cost of local cafes. No bar. The hotel is expensive - and to cap it all there is a 1 euro per day per person tourist tax added to your bill which you would of thought the hotel could of absorbed.
Central location for walking to the Seine with all its attractions the Batobus at Musee D'Orcy saved a lot of walking
Our room was dismal but we had asked for a low floor
Location near the Opera and lots of Japanese restaurants.
The attic room with elevator and steps up and down.
Rosella was the highlight of this trip… Excellent service and welcome. She really made you feel at home! Good location close to the museums and shopping areas. Quiet rooms in the back, but very dark on the lower floors. Very practical for a short stay, AND if you do not need to spend too much time in your room.
The rooms are FAR too small. My Standard room was hardly ok for one person, let alone two…. You have to choose the right room and book, minimum, a Classic room if you are two. The breakfast area is really inexistent if you consider that you have to have breakfast in a "tunnel shape" hall, in front of the elevator.
Location - close to metro, a few minutes walk to Louvre, Opera and so on Staff - very pleasant and happy to offer advice Air conditioning - helped us to sleep Bed - very comfortable Silence - no noise at all in our room The breakfast seemed expensive but compared to cafes nearby was good value
The room was quite small, but that's what you get in Paris!
The Hotel location is good. Nice modern room. Good wifi
No view, just a company building across the street. No parking facility but you are in the center of Paris Extra money for breakfast
The staff was most helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The location was walking distance to many of the most popular places in Paris - the Louvre, Opéra, the Tuileries gardens, etc. I really think the hotel is excellent value for money.
Great location based very centrally in the city, nearby biggest metro and RER lines. I got a great service from the reception - like they were not "Parisien":-) Just perfect!
Quite loud in the night - couldn't sleep with the window open- not a show stopper though because the airco worked perfectly!
Staff - Rossella is an absolute gem. Left specs behind and she arranged in her own time to send them on to us. Location was excellent near the Opera House.
Room was very small but then this is Paris
Great location.close to everything
Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, view with balcony
The rooms were small and compact but they had everything one needed The bed and linen were comfortbale and cosy . Bathroom had everything one needed.
That breakfast wasn't included I like to start my day sightseeing not looking for breakfast Breakfast at 12 Euro in a very small lobby isn't enticing ! You can hear peopele in the next room or on the floor above leave early in the morning for their flight ! 2 peoeple in a room then 2 bottles of water should be left .
The location is good, the hotel is neat, nice decor, everything looks new, very comfy beds and pillows, the staff very friendly, they gave two conected rooms for my small daughters wich is great in a European hotel, since most of them don't allow 4 people in the same room. Good wifi conection. Fair breakfast. It's an excellent petit hotel.
The rooms are very small. But is perfect since me and my family spend all the time walking in the city.
The staff made our stay exceptional. Extremely personable front desk staff/manager and very helpful in every way.
Location and nice comfortable rooms
Not enough staff, no help with luggage
Interesting location with great Japanese restaurants nearby as a change from croissants and pizzas! Easy access to lots of attractions. Staff really friendly and helpful particularly Rossella who was chatty and informative.
