The courtesy of the staff particularly the young lady on the afternoon- evening shift...so helpful and courteous and the chambermaid. The location is also a plus.

Dinner was very good but the service was only fair. Breakfast was very disappointing with just about edible food. Coffee undrinkable

The reception was appalling. Frosty woman almost shouted at us. My french is adequate but I could not understand anything she said.she made no effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable.she is not suitable for first point of contact.

State your breakfast beverage requirements the night before; are you serious? Your breakfast is poor value for money; the breakfast offered on Brittany Ferries in the Flora Restaurant is far superior in quality, cost, ambience and service. Scrambled eggs should be made fresh; there is no excuse for pre-cooked sludge left in a steamer. Your breakfast dining area feels like a charmless spare store room. If you improve I'll have breakfast at the hotel and happily pay 15 euros but there's a long way to go before that happens!

Convenient for Roscoff/Plymouth ferry. Clean rooms, good rervice and good breakfast.

We stayed on two occasions. For the same price: the first stay was a bit cramped, the second was better value for money.

Excellent location, very friendly owners, devoted staff, gourme trestaurant. One of our best vacations ever.

The friendy and helpful staff. Locaton, close to the ferry port and walking distance to the town. Good food.

Fish Restaurant. Not a lot of choice if you don't like Sea food. Iron in room would be good.

Trois choses: 1. Le prix des petites déjeuners de 12 euros appliqué à toute la famille alors que j'ai 3 enfants de 5-8 et 10 ans qui mangent très peu au petit déjeuner. Jamais dans le passé on ne m'a réclamé 12 euros par enfant ! 2. La responsable de l'hotel m'a répondu que c'est le prix à payer dès que l'enfant touche au buffet et que je ne suis pas obligé de prendre un petit déjeuner car de toute manière l'hotel est plein ! (pas très courtois comme réponse)

Nous n'avons pas essayé le restaurant car les prix nous paraissaient excessifs par rapport à ce que nous pouvions trouver autour avec la même situation sur la mer
