A very charming hotel with excellent staff,very warm and friendly environment on a very cold and wet night in Roscoff.Two small problems,shower floor very slippery and our morning alarm call was forgotten...

Although our room was a bit small, it had a sea view and the shower room was very modern and well designed. The room was a special offer so very good value for money. The young woman who checked us out was very efficient and friendly. We wished we had eaten at the hotel, as the menu looked good and the smells from the dining room were wonderful!

Hotel and rooms modern and recently been refurbished. Restaurant has spectacular views although we never use it as no vegetarian option. Have stayed here frequently for one night stopovers.

Dinner was very good but the service was only fair. Breakfast was very disappointing with just about edible food. Coffee undrinkable The reception was appalling. Frosty woman almost shouted at us. My french is adequate but I could not understand anything she said.she made no effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable.she is not suitable for first point of contact.

Convenient for Roscoff/Plymouth ferry. Clean rooms, good rervice and good breakfast. We stayed on two occasions. For the same price: the first stay was a bit cramped, the second was better value for money.

Excellent family accomodation arranged as a two bedroomed suite. Easy to find in picturesque square with rooms at the back of the hotel overlooking the sea. Very near to the ferry port. Staff on evening reception friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff, rooms faultless if a little small, free internet access. If the restaurant stayed open another 45 minutes in the evening you could eat after getting off the ferry from Plymouth.

Un très bon acceuil, une très bonne table dans un cadre agréable, chambre avec vue sur mer très calme, bien équipée et très propre, le personnel très agréable et sympathique et à l'écoute du client. Un hotel à recommander. Le parking aérien, vous laissez votre voiture propre le soir et le lendemain elle est maculée de fientes de mouettes vous obligeans à un lavage immédiat, pour 8 euros par nuit c'est limite....

El lugar donde está situado el hotel es excelente. Fuera de temporada no es necesario el parking, porque hay sitio para dejar el coche sin problemas.La habitación standar es cómoda y el baño muy práctico. Los vasos de papel para el servicio de te/café y la falta de edredones nórdicos en lugar de mantas.

Personnel accueillant, gentil, cool (en province on sait encorre être cool ; ça change de Paris). Excellente situation en pleine ville, dans un quartier calme, à 2 pas du port. Une très belle salle de restaurant où on ne lésine pas sur la quantité, tout en offrant de la qualité. Bref, un établissement qui fait honneur à l'hôtellerie française. Mais attention, la qualité Best Western est très inégale. Le dernier Best Western que j'ai fréquenté (Antin Paris) était détestable à tous points de vue.

Le fait d'avoir profité d'un prix promotionnel dans un hotel de qualité (moins de 50€) très bien situé. Chambre un peu petite mais avec une belle salle de bain dotée d' un équipement très complet. Décalage entre le service en salle, stylé et attentionné, et la qualité moyenne des plats.
