Score from 247 reviews Very good
Private Parking available. Hard-working, competent, helpful and friendly receptionist
Extractor fan for kitchens ran all night making sleep difficult
Very helpful staff, particularly at reception. Lovely sea view, changing with the tide. Wide menu choice.
Parking inevitably difficult in old town centre. Steps only access from street difficult for some disabled
sea view and easy walking to the harbour.
worrying about the car parking
Our room was very spacious with great views of the sea and the town. The location was great for exploring Roscoff and for eating out in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The secure parking, the friendly and very helpful staff.
We have stayed at this hotel a few times because we like the spacious family accommodation which includes one double room and a separate room with bunk beds for our two children. The views from the rooms and the breakfast room / restaurant are wonderful. And with a tasty breakfast on offer too this makes a great place to stay as a stop over or to use as a base to explore the amazing beaches close by.
We liked the staff who were very helpful. On our previous stat two weeks before we had a very good meal in the hotel restaurant.
We were very disappointed that knowing we were booked in on our return, we were not told that we would need to book the restaurant because of the Fete d'Onions. Parking is a nightmare, particularly for the disabled.
Great location, good facilities, great view, very nice bathroom.
Tiny room, old furniture
We found the reception staff very helpful, particularly Aliezee
The parking was difficult and we had to take chances on being caught even though I had a disability badge. We were disappointed that we were not warned about the onion fete and that we needed to book the restaurant in advance. We had to eat out both nights.
Parking can be reserved in advance which is really important in roscoff
Could not have a night cap at 9.30 pm on return to hotel from dinner out as service was fini this hotel dining room has a spectacular sea view what a shame guests can not enjoy it as the sun sets
Great location. Very comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit small.
The views The location Layout of the family room Staff
No window locks or bars on windows even in the kids bedroom! Noise from above room
it was easy to access from the ferry, the hotel was comfortable ,modern and a short walk from bars and restaurants.
breakfast was overly expensive, we walked 5 min down the road and had breakfast for for half the price of one.
Excellent room, fabulous sea views, superb food
That we couldn't stay longer!
Very efficient staff, nice room & bathroom, great location
Family Suite was spacious and well-furnished with views to church (from main bedroom) and harbour (from bathroom). Car Park was convenient and access arrangements clearly explained. Staff kindly allowed us to use car park for a couple of extra hours after check out.
Staff quizzed my husband about the age of our daughter (14) and said their definition of children was 12 and under. As a result he worried that we would be charged extra for the suite, even though I had declared my daughter's age when booking. They tried to charge us for 3 breakfasts we'd not had. Bathroom door had no lock and did not stay shut reliably.
Location, friendly and helpful staff, free parking
Very friendly staff, beautifull location in the center, wonderfull seaview at breakfasttabel !
We had the cheaper room with side seaview ! Now it would pay more for a larger room !
Location and view from bedroom window
Restaurant prices a little high, though it was a stunning location.
Room very well equipped. Church clock turned off at night! Good restaurant
Parking somewhat complicated until you sorted out the one-way system
The welcome and service. The room and view. The breakfast.
The seagull on my window ledge first thing and the fact that the blinds did not quite close thus allowing some light in. The evaporated milk on the tea/coffee tray.
Excellent location with the advantage of secure parking (for which you have to pay). Good restaurant.
Very small room, there would have been no space for a large suitcase. Room hot and stuffy despite having the window open.
Location and superb views very pleasant staff
Comfortable clean rooms with excellent facilities. Very quiet. Friendly helpful staff.
The previous questions relay my opinion. One thing that I did not like was the private car park
