The morning desk agent was very helpful and tried to be of service and take care of things for you. The location was good close to metro and with in walking distance of a lot of things. The rest of the staff was not friendly or helpful. The room was not very clean and the cleaning staffed used our room for there personal needs in the late afternoon and we returned in the middle of there adventure. |

Nothing, if you need 15 words it is 15 time nothing Basically I did not like the hotel at all the service was very bad, the room was a dosgrace for the amount of money that I was charged. The facilities I.e internet did not work. In short I will recommend to anybody who will ask me not to stay at your hotel. It is ab absolute disgrace. |

Location is good, room clean One night there was no water and no explanation provided about it. Breakfast is way too expensive for what it is. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was small but adequite. They did not change the linens the entire 9 nights we were there. Some days the removed the trash some they didn't. Some days they left cream for coffee some they did not! They turned off the air conditioning in our room every morning and opened the windows and when we returned in the evening, we had to get rid of the flys. These were small problems that were easily overlooked. |

Very good staff - cheerful, friendly and helpful. Staff knowledgeable of Paris and its attractions - gave us several very good recommendations. Hotel very clean. Hotel seemed and felt secure. Good, hearty breakfast. We did not see any guest reviews for this hotel - we were very pleased that we found this gem. |

Staff were very pleasant at all times. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent for all tourist attraction sites. There were three of us in the room but had only two bath towels but on request we did get an extra towel from receiption each day. |

Hotel was quiet - well insulated from road noise; Location was great; Reception was particularly friendly when we arrived; good to have so many restaurants of varying style and price so close. Would have been good to have second pillows for the beds. Breakfast cereal with a choice of milk (full cream, semi-skimmed) would have been nice also. |

There was a very bad smell in the room. This smell was present for 2 of a 3 day visit. We were moved to another room on the third day by the hotel staff on their advice. We observed men working on the drains outside. The hotel apologised and gave us a bottle of wine. We were told we were upgraded to a superior double room. BUT that is what we understood we had booked on your site??? |

Its position in the centre of Paris I asked for a soft mattress or a mattress topper. They were unable to accomodate me other than putting another blanket underneath. |

The staff were the same friendly faces and had kept personal items of mine which had been left behind until my return nearly 2 weeks later. Nothing. The staff are extremely hospitable, courteous and helpful. |

The friendliness of the staff and sincere effort with help regarding transport and the fact I did not speak french. An easier system for the access to the internet. |

On the Left Bank of Paris, in the residential quarter of Invalides, just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the Champ-de-Mars and the Champs-Elysées… you are just arrived at Les Jardins d’Eiffel. |
Envisioned by designer Olivier Gossart, this boutique hotel enjoys a central location in the trendy and dashing 7th Arrondissement, a district throbbing with art, culture and history. |
Situated in the heart of Paris, this 18th century former convent offers a homely atmosphere near some of the city's most famous sights. |
Halfway between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, this hotel is a heaven of peace and relaxation. Be instantly transported far from the noise of Parisian life. |
