Best Western Tour Eiffel Invalides  

Sijainti oli loistava: alue oli turvallinen ja naisporukassa uskalsi liikkua ulkona myös pimeällä. Lisäksi alueelta oli mukava kävelymatka monelle keskeiselle nähtävyydelle. Hotellin aamiainen oli hyvä.

Pieni miinus oli se, että satelliittikanavavilta ei löytynyt englanninkielisiä ohjelmia, kuten CCN:ää tai BBC:tä. Asia ei kuitenkaan haitannut matkaamme.

5 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower so great location. Plenty of cafes and groecry stores nearby to stock up on essentials. Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception. Price for the Club room-2 interconnected rooms with separate bathrooms.

Tiny hotel which felt claustraphobic when in the lift and walking the corridors. Room well designed, but really tiny....even for European standards.

Central location

It's a 4 star hotel but I think it should be a 3 star hotel. Our room was at the top and miniature and smelled like old furniture. The window sills were disgusting and dusty. The hallways & elevator looked in need of renovation...since the Seventies.

Location was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Dirty towel behind the door and hair on the floor.

On day of departure the elevator was not working. Being on the 5th. Floor.. This was not fun carrying 5 bags down 5 floors.

The attention in details, the position, the quality of the internet wifi connection (I was there for working reasons).

The location was the first choice for me to choose this hotel. The price was reasonable, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good also and room was clean. I'm sure return to Best Western again on my visit.

I was requested for a double bed room but hotel had given me a double bed by joined by two bed.

The location was very good. Only a few minutes walk to the metro station with easy access anywhere. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Many restautants in the area. Room was clean and comfortable, free wifi. Breakfast was good, although a little pricey for the offerings.

The lift is small. It could not comfortably hold 1 adult and 2 children and 1 piece of luggage each. Breakfast is not included in some room rates.

A fantastic location and clean hotel with superb staff. Rooms are a little small but ideal for a city break. the metro is 2 minutes walk away and very easy to use. lots of sights within fairly easy walking distance. lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep particularly the Le Recrutement which is just over the road - excellent value for 2 course meal with a glass of wine - 13 euros 50. Hotel staff are extremely helpful. Hotel breakfast is very good value and there is plenty of choice.

Great location in an excellent room with an affordable price. Friendly, helpful and english spoken staff!! Breakfast was so woth it and room size excellent for Paris

Great location, very neat the Mauborg metro stop, lovely area near Rue Cler and lots of cafes. Bathrooms were very nice, clean and updated. Beds were comfy.

Maybe I just expected too much after reading the other reviews....this can't be a 4 star hotel, in any country. We had a comfort room on the third floor. Rooms are very small, dark and shabby. The carpet was awful ( though we did see new carpeting in rolls in the hallway ....not too soon). The room was hot, so it was necessary to open the windows, which all look into other rooms because of the u-shaped atrium...no privacy. When we went to the desk to talk about our room, we were immediately offered another larger room...at a higher cost. We were only there for a couple of nights, so we made the best of it, but I have a hard time understanding how this hotel received such high praise from other reviewers. I was so disappointed.

The room was the worst for a so-called 4* hotel I have ever stayed in! It would be hard pressed to get 2 stars in my book. Specifically: Tiny room; Although supposedly a non-smoking hotel, it smelt like someone had just had a bbq in the room! Miniscule bathroom; Noisy; Tiny, slow lift (just one); etc.

Very well located hotel twenty minutes walk from Eiffel Tower with bus very clo0se and metro. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Raphael was the best, a lovely helpful and accomodating young man. Very pleasant asmosphere in the lobby with beautiful orchids displayed. Internet in lobby and wifi throughout bu it was not always consistent. Beds very clean and comfortable.

Carpets in room need to be steam cleaned. Room had possibly not been used for a while and was a bit dusty. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive for a continental breakfast compared to other hotels.
