Best Western Tour Eiffel Invalides

Da proximidade do hotel a uma estação de metro e a vários pontos turíticos, Torre Eiffel, Invalides, Rio Sena...

A limpeza do quarto, de modo especial a alcatifa. Num dos pequenos-almoços já não havia pão.

O que mais gostei foi a localização, pois achei que ficamos num lugar perfeito, de fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos principais e perto de estações do metro. Mas achei o hotel muito caro pelos quartos que oferece.

Penso que a limpeza dos quartos deveria ser mais rápida. Realmente não gostei do procedimento do hotel de debitar 11 noites no meu cartão com mais de um mês de antecedência. Isto me causou um grande transtorno e muitos problemas.

breakfast was expensive at €13 each - did not have as cheaper options elsewhere.

The location is very convenient, the reception staff most helpful and the rooms comfortable and clean.

The location of the hotel was excellent being near the Effel Tower, Metro station and resturants. Most importantly it was a safe area to be out with the family at night.

The double room was small.

Consumerables were not filled up or replaced at all. Shower soap was only replaced on call. Rooms and restrooms are extremely small. Croissants and pain au chocolat from the breakfast were pre-baked aldi or LIDL-style, juices were low-content nectars..

the hotel was great. we ended up getting the " club " room good for two people. i bed was folding chair for 2 people. the other bed is for two people. there is no shower in the other room, just a bath tub. wold have been great if they put a shower curtain around that bath tub. for 500 euros for 2 nights, i'm sure they can afford to put a shower curtain around it. otherwise, it was a good hotel. good location.

Basically I did not like the hotel at all the service was very bad, the room was a dosgrace for the amount of money that I was charged. The facilities I.e internet did not work. In short I will recommend to anybody who will ask me not to stay at your hotel. It is ab absolute disgrace.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was small but adequite.

They did not change the linens the entire 9 nights we were there. Some days the removed the trash some they didn't. Some days they left cream for coffee some they did not! They turned off the air conditioning in our room every morning and opened the windows and when we returned in the evening, we had to get rid of the flys. These were small problems that were easily overlooked.
