Situated in the heart of the city, next to the convention center, the hotel is 15 minutes from the Fonséranes floodgates and the beach. Mercure Béziers features 58 elegant and carefully decorated rooms, a private parking lot, and services and facilities for the disabled. The on-site wine bar, with a cozy and elegant setting, is open from 7pm to 10pm. Room service offers various cold snacks from 6:30am-12pm and 7pm-9pm during the week, and from 7am-12pm and 7pm-9pm on weekends. Hotel Rooms: 58, Hotel Chain: Mercure.

The Reception staff were excellent. Room very small very like a cabin on a ferry. Breakfast very poor scrambled eggs cold and no white bread available for toast. Very hard to find the location of the hotel on arrival in Beziere it tookus an hour and the help of a kindly lady who drove in front of us to show the way.

The continental breakfast was good with a wide choice. Parking on site is available at a supplement. This is recommended as the hotel is in a busy area. The room is quite small for the price paid. The directions to the hotel are not good, some of the address is incomplete. Not easy even with a satnav. I ended up phoning the hotel

The hotel and rooms were very clean and tidy Facilities were generally as expected from a hotel in this group. Small complaint - although the room was well laid out clean and tidy these was nowhere to set down my suitcase other than the bed.

Le lit était super et le tv suffisamment grande. La douche était chouette. La chambre était trop petite pour le prix malgré un grand lit et une grande tv( malheureusement plus appropriés pour une chambre plus grande car il fallait se casser le coup pour regarder la tv qui était en hauteur et mal orientée!!) J'aurai préféré une baignoire à la douche et les étagères de la salle de bain était cassées!! J'ai trouvé le service petit déjeuner dans la chambre trop léger comparé à d'autre hotel moins cher. Les fruits étaient flétris et les portons étaient trop petite pour 2 personnes!!! Autant aller prendre le buffet petit déjeuner pour se servir à volonté!!!

Personnel très sympatique et à l'écoute du client.Chambre petite mais très bien agencée. Petit déjeuner parfait. La rue de l'Hôtel est très mal fréquentée. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville historique et l'environnement ne permet pas de sortir le soir sans un très fort sentiment d'insécurité.
