The continental breakfast was good with a wide choice. Parking on site is available at a supplement. This is recommended as the hotel is in a busy area. The room is quite small for the price paid. The directions to the hotel are not good, some of the address is incomplete. Not easy even with a satnav. I ended up phoning the hotel

The hotel and rooms were very clean and tidy Facilities were generally as expected from a hotel in this group. Small complaint - although the room was well laid out clean and tidy these was nowhere to set down my suitcase other than the bed.

Situation de la chambre (pas trop loin de la gare, proche du centre-ville). Propreté, fonctionnalité de la chambre. Personnel incapable de me répondre ou de me conseiller sur la location d'une voiture à Béziers (appel téléphonique depuis la Suisse).

Habitación y baño confortables y con decoración actualizada. El desayuno es correcto, personal amable y su ubicación es centrica. Es recomendable al igual que otros dos hoteles Mercure que habia estado anteriormente.

Goede stille airco en dubbele ramen die het lawaai goed buiten houden Parkeer u auto in de ondergrondse parking (deze is wel amper 2m hoog)! In de kleine straatjes van Béziers is parkeren niet zonder gevaar, spreek uit ervaring...
