Very good location only 3-5mins walk from beach, main shopping streets and market. Eventhough these apartments claim to be 4 star there was no air conditioning meaning the apartment was very hot every evening. In addition the heat and the air in the hall way, lift and reception was hard to stick as all ventelation seened to have be switch off. |

It was so close to everything, staff was friendly, rooms clean good finitions, ok view. My bathroom smelled cigarrete but was not hotels fault but visitors that is clear, and No internet in the rooms I hated it. |

It was very comfortable and well thought through in its management. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful For a htole of this standard there should be an English language programme on the TV e.g. BBC World or CNN. This is now common inFrance. |

The family suite contained a kitchen and also provided cleaning products. Towels were replenished everyday and our room was made up every day. Relatively close to everything - didn't need to drive anywhere. Short hours of hotel staff - we arrived and noone was there. After waiting for almost 2 hours we called the number of the hotel and was given instructions to get to our room. A sign should be provided to |

The staff are the best thing - nothing is too much trouble and always friendly. I sent one of my kids to find out about a swimming pool in St Jean and she came back with train, bus anfd pool times all written out for us. It can be a bit basic, slow to replace emtied supplies, a broken wooden spoon left in the drawer, a crumbled pastry under a bed...bit more attention to detail? |

I liked the ease of the place. The staff were courteous but were not overly nice(fake). I liked the size of the rooms and the living area was very comfortable. i found the beds uncomfortable, me and my boyfriend woke up nearly every night from the beds being very hard. cleaners would come in at 10 or 11 when we are still in bed everyday... Although it is good that they are consistent with their cleaning I just found that being woken up at 10 or 11 is too early. especially on holidays |

Situation près de la grand plage et des commerces. Service hotelier (ménage journalier sauf cuisine et changement des serviettes ) La surface des appartements et le balcon permettent un séjour en famille. De plus, l'appartement était clair, joli, avec une literie confortable et suffisamment de couvertures et d'oreillers. Il y a également un kit de nettoyage pour la cuisine et le lave vaisselle. L'insonorisation des appartements pourrait être améliorée et il est dommage que l'alcove avec les lits superposés n'ait pas de porte. |
