The Reception was extremely helpful and had prepared lots of information about the city and the wineries. We received an upgrade for the same price. Staff was extremely attentive without being intrusive. The lounge was decorated with candles every evening. Very romantic. Great location at the edge of the old city. The restaurant was excellent and well worth the price. We loved our stay. |

Beautiful property, lovely chic decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent English spoken. Free internet available. Great tasting and convenient breakfast. Breakfast offered from 7am until 11am. The room did not have good "backout blinds/curtains." This meant the the bright summer sun was coming in at 6:30am. This was our only dislike. |

Good location in Beaune. Nice common areas (lobby, courtyard). Definitely not a four star hotel (at least the room we were given). Linens and furnishings were sub-par. |

The staff was excellent. They upgraded our room without even asking us. The facilities are excelletn and the location perfect for Beaune. |

We enjoyed the warm welcome and continued assistance from Evelyn at reception on arrival and throughout our 4 night stay. The hotel gave both of our parties upgrades to very comfortable well equiped rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner restaurant in a perfect setting. Location was close enough for walking the old town but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Not a major issue but an iron and board would have completed the picture and given the hotel a better rating. Room service food indicated in the directory was non existant. |

A warm and courteous staff made our stay one to remember. Good location for local attractions and a lovely quiet room at the back of the hotel. Although only there for an overnight stay it was a memorable one - thankyou. |

The hotel was easy to find, parking was easy, staff were fantastic and the general cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and I would highly recomend the 6 course gourmet dinner, that was not only amazing but great value. I would return again just for dinner. My partner also loved the way the bed was made up in the evenings with sweets on her side. |

The Lounge and sitting room is fantastic, and the service top notch. My mattress was a little saggy, and the cleaning staff used too much air freshener. |
