“The hotel is well located for both the town and the beach. The overall decor and cleanliness was really good, which made for a nice comfortable atmosphere during our stay. We will certainly stay at the Be Cottage Hotel again.”

Nice place, good service at reception, friendly. The triple room was spacious, clean, comfortable & right outside reception - so no stairs or lift. The suite was split into two separate double rooms with a good bathroom and sofa. The breakfast was a French continental buffet and good quality, charged in addition to the room rate if required. The location was good, next to the market square, a couple of minute walk to the main high street. I saw another review saying that the rooms weren't like the photographs, they looked like a good representation to me, I also saw one of the premier double rooms on the first floor and it was also newly refurbed. Ik would stay there again, the others loved it.

Our room was in the annex which was set behind the hotel and was very quiet and allowed us to come and go at our leisure. The bedroom was a very high standard decor with a huge bathroom - perfect for our weekend break

Location was near to all the restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Rooms were too small. Corridors were dark and timer on lights in common hallways and stairs was too quick.

The Hotel was fine for one night. Room was clean. Great location for what we wanted. The Hotel is a bit drab and dark, needs updating. Does n't give the wow factor on entering.

The breakfast was excellent and very good value for money. The room size was very small, we chose the club room rather than standard expecting a bigger room.

Not Much, just the location We were put in an annex a joining the hotel, the room was nice but had very low ceilings, the heating didn't work and the lighting was poor due to no light bulbs in fittings, simple things that were overlooked.A Very steep staircase to access the loft style room, not suitable for children or elderly. We had to search for a member of staff as there was no one on reception. Breakfast was good and we only stayed the one night, thankfully. To sum up our stay we thought the service was not good and overpriced even at the discounted price. The bar service was terrible, we were served undrinkable red wine when we tried to find someone to change the wine, this took half an hour, we were then told the bar closed at 9.30pm, so we had to finish our drink in the cold bedroom.

The hotel is well located and accessible to the shops and restaurants. Although the bedroom was tidy and clean, the bathroom could have been better. The bathroom was not clean enough and the door to the bathroom could not be closed.During the night the room above was noisy.

Conveniently situated and quiet. There was only one instance when I was not happy and that was when the key to my room wouldn't work. No-one was on reception and I had to phone for help. To be fair, my call was responded to immediately and there were no problems after that.

Convenient location with car parking at reasonable room price. Gross overcharge for a small dog at 20 Euros, and not prepared to reconsider. Normally 5-10 euros if anything. We would have left the hotel but for the fact that they would then have claimed booking charge from our card. Dog charge should be quoted in advance information.

the room we booked had bed bugs, we reported it to the staff but didn't get a very satisfactory reply they claimed not to know what bed bugs were. they said they cleaned the rooms properly, we tried to explain that cleaning does not get rid of them and that they must be dealt with proffesionally but i think our words fell on deaf ears. We have had experiences with bed bugs before so we definately know the signs. The rooms were not worth the prices charged, but accom is in an excellent location for seeing the town, just dont stay in room 2!!!!

Can only give an opinion base on my requirements. Travelled with wife and one year old son. We have the annex privilege room for 99 euro. My wife checked in and out and I never had to go near reception as separate entrance to our room and we chose to eat breakfast in the town. Room nice and spacious, definitely worth the extra 30 euros or so over the single room especially with a little one. Clean, quite, modern. No noise from Saturday Market like others suggested, but could see why other rooms might have problem. Wife did mention reception was a little moody; but is this just not the French way? Overall perfect for short break one min from town, ten min slow walk to beach and Market on your doorstep at weekend, nice restaurants and decent shops to boot. Recommend spring till autumn time
