Nice location. Nice restaurant. Outdoor swimming-pool. Breakfast ok. Not to far from poitiers. Quite environment. Large parking-place free; Not easy to find, address on Booking was wrong and no coordinates available. Room was a little small. Two Best Western Le Bois de la Marche location on gps, not one was correct. Difficult use off tv, no indications that you can switch digital/analogue.

The room was a decent size (family room). Family room was on 3rd floor, only a small lift and we had lots of luggage- as you do with little kids- no help offered. We booked this hotel specifically for the heated pool, which I thought would be nice after nine hour drive- but it was closed with no apology (much to the dismay of 4 year old). I had also chosen for air conditioning as my 18 month old suffers in the heat- and that was broken - it was 26 degrees celcius in our room at 9pm. I was told I had to go to reception between 11pm and 7am in order to see the manager about it (so I had to set my alarm to get up at 0655!) but at least they did eventually agree to a discount. We didn't try the food.

The strategical situation near the nature and the city Potiers. The high confort of the hotel room for a family with small children. The nice people workimg at the reception. The restaurante is too "gourmet" for a family with small children. There is a lack of options for children and the dinner/breakfast price is not aligned to the room price.

Freindly and very helpful staff + Good quality food and adaptable to cook what was not listed on the menu. Room cleanliness was very poor I.E. Cockroach found in the bed and bedding was not changed or bins emptied. Changed room without any trouble though bedding was same though they changed this immediately and gave me a discount.

Pleasn't stop over after long days drive. Pool was a plus.Quiet location Location meant unlikely to look for anywhere to eat - Room price was good value but evening meal was overpriced relative to the quality of the food offered.Back of hotel looks very unattractive relative to the front

The staff made an effort to speak English and sort of tried to accomodate requests The room was extremely smelly. The disco for the Wedding party being held at the hotel went on until 4am. The food was extremely expensive - €15 for an omelette, €11 each for breakfast of rock hard croissants!

Good location ideal for kids. Hotel has been compledtely refurbished and is now even better. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bar next to reception is too small and not well stocked otherwise no complaints.

Hôtel très correct, calme, possibilité de ballades dans les bois du parc , nourriture très fine. Un seul bémol le petit déjeuner 11 euros pas très différent de celui d'ibis pour un pris nettement inférieur. Sinon très satisfait.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et le confort de cet hotel et la qualité du restaurant, le parc est aussi très agréable, la situation de cet hotel est interessante pour visiter le futuroscope (20 mm par autoroute) si on ne souhaite pas séjourner dans les hotels du parc. Certains détails manquaient pour que cet hotel soit au top : la salle de jeux enfants n'était pas ouverte (en travaux), le filet du court de tennis était hors d'usage, une balancoire était cassée.

Très bon restaurant. Cadre agréable. Chambres très douillettes et terrasse privée certainement agréable en été. Quelques petites finitions dans la chambre (plintes, électricité...) + wc (distributeur papier/fixation cuve toilettes...) à revoir.

Nous avons apprécié l'acueuil, la grande chambre le chariot pour les bagages. La salle d'eau est petite pour 4 personnes (il faudrait des doubles vasques+grande baignoire) et le personnel est un peu "expéditif" pour débarasser les petits déjeuners alors que l'on est encore à table !
