The hotel has nice location and it’s excellent value of money. There are many small shops and restaurants with reasonable prices. It's near to Palais des Congrès de Paris where I was invited to participate in 9th World Congress of Biological Psychiatry |

The hotel staff was very pleasant, rooms were cleaned daily and looked out onto the street. Overall, the hotel was close to the metro so it was a good find for the price. The shower was very small (standard for Paris I realize) and as a result of years of spilled water, the room had a mold problem. This was the only thing negative about the hotel though. |

The room at the top floor with 2 balconies and a wonderfull veiw over the paris rooftops was a shoker I loved it! The fact that they had earplugs rewady so that the early morningh trafic would not effect you was a very nice touch too. It would be nice if they told you when you come up the first time that the entrance to the rooms on the 6th floor is throu the balcony over the 5th floor since this is not a common situation and it was a bit confusing the first time I went up alone to find my room the walk from the metro station was a bit too long |

The hotel offered individual rooms with en-suite bathrooms at the same price as budget hostels. It felt safe, cleanly and the staff was helpful. It is a bit of a distance from the city center, but was not difficult to get there. There was a lot of noise from the street at night. |

Location was excellent,staff very friendly,very helpful also bedroom clean and bed comfortable Breakfast very poor,no croissants, bread rolls very dry and hard selection poor Shower tiny!!! The gap to get in and out is very difficult, need curtains in a space like that |

The hotel was ideal for a short city break, only 15-20mins walk from porte maillot (where the Beauvais airport bus drops you off) and only 5-10mins to nearest metro station (louis michel). Staff were friendly and spoke good english. breakfast (extra 5 euros) is well worth it considering prices in paris. would recommend this hotel |

The place is near to the city centre. The toilate is not seperated inside the room, it acts as a part of the room. Just one very small elevator. |

Tiny but clean room. There is an elevator which is convinence for my heavy luggages. 15 minutes walked from the nearest Metro station(Louise Michel) was too far for us. After make up the room, the bedcover still not been renew. |

Friendly staff, good correlation between price and comfort, cleanness of the room, peace and quiet It is not entirely about hotel, but I did not like taxi services. May be it is possible to establish contract with one of taxi firms in order to provide your clients with high-quality and honest taxi services |

Rooms are clean, hotel staff friendly. Value for money. Not far to tube station, easy and quick travel to the heart of Paris. Rooms are clean however bathroom stinks (smells of dump) and we found a few hairs in. Bed squeaks and sheet had hairs a blood mark. We arrived in the morning but room was ready at 3 pm. Check out time is too early, should be at least at 12 noon. Breakfast is too early (6.30 - 9.00?!am). But beside this everything went well. |

Looks like safe neighborhood, not far from metro (5 minutes), in the walking distance (20-25 min) from the stop of Paris Beauvais Airport - Paris bus service (Porte Maillot) Toilet and shower in the same room as bed, no cabinet / closet / table present |
