A good value for money destinatination, close to local shopping centres and ideal as a ferry stop over point. Never had any problems when we have stayed. |

Convenient for walking around Calais centre and a safe place to leave the car - there was no charge for parking. The directions given via the hotel website were wrong. |

Its convenience for the town and the venue I was attending. The breakfast selection was good too. The room, especially the bathroom, could have been a little cleaner. The selection of uk tv channels available was also a little odd. Itv1 is ok, but the other channel was bbc2, which is fine but bbc one would have been better. |

Convenient position for restaurants, city centre, station, ferry ports.Lots of free parking on site. Looking very tired and drab. Stained carpets especially in public areas. Not really a pleasant place to stay but useful for location and low price. With a facelift it could become a really good place to stopover. |

The location of the hotel was within a 5 minute walking distance from the bars and restaurants and was about a ten minute drive Cite Europe. The room got very cold and you could only just get into the shower area as it was very small. |

The hotel is in a good location... but thats about it. Absolutely filthy. The room was dirty, the television reception was very poor, for a non smoking room it had definately been smoked in very recently, the mattress was so old that it was almost impossible to sleep on. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We ordered breakfast and paid for it on check in - when we came for breakfast, we were told that we had not paid for it. The woman claiming as such was rude and abrupt - and only when I pressed the issue was I allowed to eat. Even when I showed her a copy of the receipt clearly showing the breakfast purchase, she was not happy. There is old and rundown, and there are dumps. This was a dump, |

They allow pets in the room and it was close to the Car Ferry port and had free parking. It needs a bit of a freshen up, a bit of new paint here and there would make the place a little more pleasant to stay in. |

Off road parking felt secure as policemen stay at hotel. Easy access to car ferry, Shuttle, railway station and right in the centre of Calais. The decor was very poor with chipped paint and badly stained carpets. During a three week tour we stayed at nine hotels this one had the poorest selection of breakfast items of them all. |
