staff were very helpful,parking was a big bonus to us while away for 10 days. good size rooms.very nice staff at breakfast. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed at the weekend leaving room service as the only option

The location suited us perfectly being so close to Bordeaux airport. The shuttle bus to the airport itself was excellent, as was the return pick=up from the airport. We had dinner there which was well cooked and good value [when it eventually arrived]. The dining room staff were a bit dozy and VERY slow to bring us the menus, nearly 11 minutes and only then when I went to the reception desk to het some 'help'. This was NOT impressive.

Conveniently located near Bordeaux Airport. Spacious rooms - ok restaurant - friendly staff. As mentioned by other guests, there seems to be a structural problem regarding the temperature in the rooms. I stayed 2 non-consecutive nights in the hotel (so in different rooms) this week and both times, the rooms were extremely warm. Airco or heating systen does not seem to function and opening windows near the Airport not an option. The hotel management does not seem to react on this criticism. Too bad...

As a pilot, it was very conveniently located. There was a delay in picking us up with the courtesy bus so the manger upgraded our rooms Air conditioning wasn't working

Very good location for the airport. Clean and comfortable, good resaurant for dinner, nice breakfast. Very expensive bar prices! When I stayed the air con was broken so the whole building was very hot. This was particularly bad in the bedroom and made sleeping difficult.

Tout était bien, petit bémol: la réception a oublié de me réveiller le matin où je prenais l'avion... Heureusement que je me suis réveillée à temps, sinon cela aurait pu être catastrophique!!!!! Mais ils ont fait un geste commercial : petit déjeuner offert.
