i wasnt there very long but i enjoyed my stay hotel service was polite and helpfull i only used one of the hotels facilitys which was the shuttle service to the airport which as i was told left at 5.30 and it did which was a bonus after being stuck waiting at other hotels i went to the bar and had to wait some time for some one to serve me there was no one in the bar and i had to go back to the reception to ask for some service apart from that no very good |

The Mercure at Merignac is an airport hotel. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were OK but didn't go out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant was good. The location was ideal for the airport and rent car return (10mins walk) and they ran a shuttle bus service every 15 mins starting at 05:00. The bar service was poor and their list of cocktails very limited. The staff were not prepared to entertain anything not on their limited list. The worst grouse was the advice given related to flight check in time. They told us to use the 06:00 shuttle for a 06:55 domestic flight to Paris. This proved to be very optimistic and we only just made the flight. Allow for 1Hr 15mins minimum. |

Personnel sympa. Proximité de l'aeroport, très propre et silencieux. Service de navette pour l'aeroport excellente disponibilité et très pratique. Plus de choix de restaurants, surtout la fin semaine est le seul ouvert dans les parages |
