het personeel was vriendelijk en zeer gedienstig.voor een 2 sterreb hotel waren de kamers in orde en het ontbijt was zeker de moeite.

Het hotel bevindt zich in een onaangename buurt.

Hotel ligt in een hele slechte beurt van de stad, zeg maar de rose buurt. Als vrouw alleen kan je maar na 20.00 niet rond lopen

It was very cold when I visited Toulouse and the room was not warm enough which made the break a little uncomfortable.When u r cold u like a cup of tea to warm up,but there were no facility in room to make a very hot cup of tea.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked the hotel but was pleasantly surprised.I don't know about the other rooms but my single room was perfect for what I wanted and the hotel was close to train, metro, and bus stations and also the airport connection stop.

Some of the side streets could be of concern to women on their own but's that's about it. Men and/or groups would not have the same concerns.

Good hotel, friendly staff, comfortable access to facilites and toulouse center value for money.

The hotel is newly renovated, so very clean and everything in good order. Staff friendly and efficient.

The floor wasn't enough cleaned on the second day.

The room was clean and comfortable; for a low cost hotel, I hoped for that and got it. It's small, and simple but that's fine for this rate.

Location is great with respect to moving around the town,.. but let's be honest, it's a little seedy around there and perhaps people might be concerned to be out late at night near there. But generally OK.

Very convenient location only 5mins from main station, and easy walking to tourist sites in centre of town. Plenty cheap restaurants in neighbourhood. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast. No problem at being admitted if one arrived back in the small hours.

The only thing was that the room was rather small, and the view from the window led into a small enclosed space

It was close to shopping, restaurants and bars.

While walking to a from the hotel to a main street in Toulouse, we had to walk through a seedy area. We saw multiple hookers and the hotel is a few steps across from a strip club. Our room windows were across from the strip club, luckily the windows were soundproof. Do not use the driving directions provided by Booking.com. It was difficult to find.

It was close to downtown and easy to find, the room was nice enough

Sheets looked like they hadn't been washed, cigarette ash on the floor.

The staff was very kind and easily available. The wireless connection worked well.

Plenty of clochards in the surrounding area; but apparently not of the dangerous kind.

Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choices.
