Staff was excellent. The front desk, cleaning crew, breakfast staff were all ready to help. The distance to the subway station.
The small elevator. There was some mildew in the shower and no drain plug in the sink.
Freindly staff ,
Area , rooms are very tiny
Connectivity to city
very average breakfast Elevator is too small Minimal ventilation
Location, clean, tidy room
Room very small! Problem with lights
Over priced for what is on offer. Could hardly get into the bathroom, door so close to the end of the bed. Disposable cups even for coffee very poor!! broken hangers in wardrobe, some staff friendly others very off. The lift is ridiculous just about get one bag and one person in at any time. No public areas as such small lounge area which is used for breakfast service, then lights are turned off. This hotel should be classed as a Bed & Breakfast only it is not a 3 star property as advertised.
Excellent service from the staff. They go out of their way to accomodate clients' requests! Beds are comfortable and room decor is pleasing to the eye. Solid door locks. Good lighting. Flat screen TV. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Ask for a room with a view although in the summer I imagine these could get warm as there's no airconditioning.
No room service in a hotel that was nearly USD200 a night for a double room. Forget the single room. Too cramped and TINY bathrooms no bigger than a broom closet. They should get rid of those. You don't feel like you're getting your money's worth with the singles. There's only 1 tiny bar of soap on the lavabo but none in the shower stall! Bath towels should be bigger and thicker. No bidet.
Staff friendly and helpfull
Very hot no airconditioning but were supplied with a fan
Staff was great. Room facilities were adequate. Beds were comfortable and bathroom facilities were adequate. (We did have to complain about a slow sink drain.)
No air conditioning and the hotel is located on a busy street. Noise was definitely a factor. Tiniest elevator I've ever seen.
The staff were very friendly, it is very close to the metro and sacre coeur. Your room has a little fridge.
The fan extractor in the bathroom
Location was excellent.
The elevator was too small, breakfast wasn't included, and the shower floor gets wet due to the small glass door.
We were thrilled to be so close to the African quarter, and had a wonderful time connecting with people from Mali, Cote d'Ivoire and Senegal.
Comfy bed, nice staff, close to where we wanted to be.
Didn't realise it was a continental breakfast, wouldn't have booked with breakfast if realised that. Bathroom was very tiny, had to sit sideways on the toilet, would hate to be a larger person, they wouldn't be able to use the toilet at all.
Price Cleanliness Amenities Service Staff
Location Size of Bathrooms (tiny but common in Europe?)
Small rooms , just for sleeping enough, very clean Bathroom
Rooms were too small and highly overpriced
The room was extremely small and claustrophobic as the rest of the building and the lift.
it is clean and near the sacre coeur the beds are very confortable and there is safe in the room.
The location is very noisy, the rooms and bathrooms are xtra small, everything is so small you have to see it to believe it, definitly avoid if you re overweight
The cleanliness, staff and facilities in the hotel were all excellent
The location was slightly out of Paris, however it's location near to a metro station allowed us to have easy (and cheap!) access to the city
The staff were tremendous from the reception staff to the manager they were very helpful and sensitive to our needs. They provided us with a customized response to a change in our initial booking requirements. Very comfortable, clean and well situated accommodation. We couldn't praise them enough for their amazing and considerate approach. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay for convenience to metro (Gare du Nord only three stops away), Sacre Coeur/Montmatre and local bistros nearby giving a very bohemian and truly parisien flavour to your stay.
I found the staff really friendly and helpful, polite and very obliging. We wouldnt hesitate to return to this hotel as it was very comfortable and clean, etc. and would recommend it to others.
The area between the hotel and the closest metro station was sometimes intimidating, especially at night.
Value for money, helpful staff, breakfast
Good location, friendly staff, ideal for a short break.
Breakfast was on offer but too expensive
Lovely hotel, nicely decorated, clean, near Sacre Couer, friendly staff, clean towels daily, small rooms (as in most Europe), very confortable bed (best part for me because of the jetlag). One day I woke up late because I was a bit sick and they were friendly enough to prepare something for me at that time.
Area doesn't seem safe for woman traveling alone, for it had a mixture of good and not-that-good areas surrounding the hotel. I suggest at least a small fan for the summer time. Paid 28€ for 2 breakfasts.
Some of the staff were very helpful; it was clean.
The room was really tiny and the bathroom was in a cupboard!. Wifi didn't work in the room, but it did in the lobby. The breakfast baguettes and croissants were a bit stale and the cups were very small. Location not great but I was staying near family so that didn't matter.
Close to Montmartre.
Not very clean. The room was very cramped and tiny and its location very shady. We did not feel safe walking back during the evening.
