Rooms were too small and highly overpriced
The room was extremely small and claustrophobic as the rest of the building and the lift.
it is clean and near the sacre coeur the beds are very confortable and there is safe in the room.
The location is very noisy, the rooms and bathrooms are xtra small, everything is so small you have to see it to believe it, definitly avoid if you re overweight
The cleanliness, staff and facilities in the hotel were all excellent
The location was slightly out of Paris, however it's location near to a metro station allowed us to have easy (and cheap!) access to the city
The staff were tremendous from the reception staff to the manager they were very helpful and sensitive to our needs. They provided us with a customized response to a change in our initial booking requirements. Very comfortable, clean and well situated accommodation. We couldn't praise them enough for their amazing and considerate approach. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay for convenience to metro (Gare du Nord only three stops away), Sacre Coeur/Montmatre and local bistros nearby giving a very bohemian and truly parisien flavour to your stay.
I found the staff really friendly and helpful, polite and very obliging. We wouldnt hesitate to return to this hotel as it was very comfortable and clean, etc. and would recommend it to others.
The area between the hotel and the closest metro station was sometimes intimidating, especially at night.
Value for money, helpful staff, breakfast
Good location, friendly staff, ideal for a short break.
Breakfast was on offer but too expensive
Lovely hotel, nicely decorated, clean, near Sacre Couer, friendly staff, clean towels daily, small rooms (as in most Europe), very confortable bed (best part for me because of the jetlag). One day I woke up late because I was a bit sick and they were friendly enough to prepare something for me at that time.
Area doesn't seem safe for woman traveling alone, for it had a mixture of good and not-that-good areas surrounding the hotel. I suggest at least a small fan for the summer time. Paid 28€ for 2 breakfasts.
Some of the staff were very helpful; it was clean.
The room was really tiny and the bathroom was in a cupboard!. Wifi didn't work in the room, but it did in the lobby. The breakfast baguettes and croissants were a bit stale and the cups were very small. Location not great but I was staying near family so that didn't matter.
Close to Montmartre.
Not very clean. The room was very cramped and tiny and its location very shady. We did not feel safe walking back during the evening.
pleasant welcoming staff
extremely small room, very stuffy, very noisy
Location was good, easy to find and not too far from sacre couer and the chateau rouge metro stop, staff were friendly and helpful
Room was small and by the road which was quite loud.air con in the room didn't seem to be working so we had to sleep with the window open which didn't help with the noise coming in. Room was lovely but a little small, wi fi worked perfectly well. Breakfast was small and not really worth the €14 asked for it unless you can eat a large volume of yoghurt and pastries
Staff were polite, room was lovely. Very clean and tidy.
Lift was very small, only one person at a time could fit in. View from window was none at all. The breakfast wasn't worth the money could've got a better meal, cheaper elsewhere. Only reason why I wouldn't recommend hotel is because of the area it was in, didn't feel very safe and so influenced our experience in Paris. I would recommend staying somewhere closer to the centre, you would have to pay more but based on our experience paying a bit more would be worth it.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - on the phone before arrival as well as once we arrived. Hotel was well located and room was small, but what we expected for central Paris. A lovely touch was how they made up the travelcot for our daughter - very cute and cosy!
Some tiny little flies had managed to get into the bathroom. It was a shame as the bathroom was otherwise clean. Also the room got very hot & there was no fan (but others in our party had one in their room). Nothing major and the staff were so pleasant that we completely forgot to mention these points at the time!
Poor quality of breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and helpful The location was good
The room didn t feel that clean, it was small and noisy and I think it cold have been better value for money.
Hotel was clean and close to the metro. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist looked after all our cases when we went out on a bus tour on check-out day.
the lift is very small but needed with upper floor rooms.
The hotel was very clean and spacious compared to other triple rooms we went, especially the bathroom. The staff cleaned our room everyday and gave clean towels. Beds are very comfortable.
Location and Wi-Fi. While I was there so many Parisiens told me to be careful because it's a dangerous neighborhood. It's close to Chateau Rouge metro station. You have think 20 mins metro to get to key attractions. Wi-Fi worked fine at the lobby but on the 6th floor it was very weak.
We liked the very acomodating staff.
The noise from the other rooms were very loud
Nice staff, someone always on reception to help.
Rooms were ridiculously small, especially the bathroom. No air conditioning and the walls were paper thin.
Room was tiny. Elevator was beyond tiny. Location was a ways away from main tourist locations. 20 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk.
Ambiance was nice. Staff was nice.
The room was hot at night. No ventilation. Kept window open and it was still stuffy.
Nothing stand out
That I couldn't cancel my booking when it became apparent plans had changed! Lights not working; a funny smell moving in; not much literature available about the area; average all round.
this was a very good budget hotel in a good area with a bus stop just round the corner to get you to most destinations in the city. Excellent value for money.
