This was a beautiful place to stay. Great location and staff were really helpful most of the time.
The shower was in the bedroom - we were not a couple!!! They did not offer gluten free food during the night for my friend. We were double charged for the room! Money was pending from my bank and was also taken from my friends bank card. This caused serious undue stress on our holiday. We were unable to retrieve the funds for 10days on the pending money while the other money was taken immediately on departure. This money not being available could have put us in serious danger! If that had been all the money we had for the holiday we would have been stuck with no food or transport back to the airport. It put us in a very seriously compromising situation. In the end some of the money was refunded but not all of it. My credit card company is investigating this. Some of the staff were amazing but just one or two really looked down on us.It could have been a lovely place to stay if it wasn't for that incident.
hotel , spa ,Staff ,Facilities
paying 8 euros for 1 small redbull 8 euro for a can of beer when you can buy one around Nice shops for 1.90 euro the food and drinks in the mini bar in the room was a joke and made me laugh so much "Ridiculous on the price for them "
Artistic design Excellent facilities Great location for exploring Nice and Cote d'Azure Spacious bedroom
No on-site parking (although not a problem for most)
Very clean Hotel and brilliant staff took a late check out and the staff were great
Excellent location, beautiful hotel and rooms, very good reception.
Wifi reception in our room not very good. Its very unstable. Pillows were also not supportive.
Clean and friendly
Bar closed early
Room allocated did not have bath on shower
Does not value Islamic /Arab culture and religion in privacy and food
Great location, sweet staff, Exclusive Deluxe Room was big, had a big tub for two and hip design. Great pool and spa area. Sculptures and lobby area design are very cool.
Bed way too hard, pillows way too hard, TV did not work on first night, housekeeping forgot coffee and water on last night and did not remove room service dishes, no hot water one night, traffic noise, fire alarm went off in early morning, room service forgot utensils and portions were smaller than usual. Devil is in the details
Almost every thing Great staff, great pool etc.
Price of drinks was expensive
Staff very helpfull.Loved the foyer.
The hotel manager! Very good, accomodative and understanding.
Poor breakfast!!! The buffet was also not breathtaking. If you want omelette you have to pay extra (!!!) even if you have already been charged 430€ (maybe more, I don't recall exactly) per night. Also: this is a 5 star expensive hotel with no concierge!!! For two consecutive nights, we went to dine in a nice restaurant and we were literally kicked out because the booking made by the reception staff was not valid (misunderstandings and poor handling on part of the reception staff) so we ended up straying in the streets of Nice asking at random places to dine. (Keep in mind that price was not an issue, what we wanted was good food, nice enviroment). No luck.
Almost everything was great Special thanks to the young lebanese receptions gentleman
Wifi is not in keeping with the high standardd of the hotel
An unusual decor supported by beautiful flowers in the reception area. Well positioned terrace for breakfast or drink and snack so you can watch the world go by. Once you got your bearings the location was quite convenient for many ammeneties, but not on the sea front.
Not a lot really. Overall pretty good.
The location is 2 blocks from the nightlife main area of Nice. The tram station is very close and literally 100's of restaurants rand shops are within a few minutes walk. House keeping does not bother you if you want to sleep. That was nice. Beautiful exterior appearance.
The Wi-fi was hugely inconvenient. You have to continuously log in everytime your device wakes up. The entire hotel is also basically pure white. It's kind of annoying after a while. Service was ok, staff was friendly, rates were a little high for the value. I would stay again, but would check other hotels in the area first.
the night concierge served drinks even late at night, when the hotel bar was officially closed. very kind person.
1.If You make reservation for best view and You get worst view ( 1st floor, inner court) it is disapointing 2. If the pool opens at 9 am it is too late 3. If You pay more than 300€ for single room and breakfast doesnot include boiled egg, it is unacceptable..
The bed very uncomfortable
The staff , location and breakfast
The bed and pillows very uncomfortable.
Staff very helpful with room preference.
Given incorrect information regarding boat service to Monaco resulting in an expensive taxi fare to fiND that there was no regular daily service.
Cosmetics in the bathroom, the design with flowers, flavoured water for guests
During breakfast I asked a waitress for something. She didn't understand the word so I tried to explain her in a different way but she said "I'm sorry", turned back to me and left instead of trying to understand or asking someone else. The room was in front of an office were people constantly open the door and walk out/in.
Everything Spa gets a special mention - best I've been to
Good location near old town, sea and shops. Elegantly revamped hotel with stylish spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.
A little noise from the streets but nothing more than expected for a city hotel.
Very friendly and efficient staff-all spoke very good English. We were always able to eat breakfast outside, and the staff dealt with any request we had with no exception.
The room was beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were delicious. the bed was lovely and big. The location was perfect. Reception staff very helpful. Jacuzzi very relaxing.
The glass shower in the middle of the bedroom was a bit of a shock. Never have I been so naked and so on show for a very long time! One of the breakfast staff was very officious - not at all friendly. Pillows a bit lumpy. Room snacks very very expensive.
Walking distance to old town and seafront Near to bus and tram Spacious rooms Knowledgable and helpful staff
Bar lacked atmosphere at night
