They do some thing wrong in my bill for mini bar

We have stayed several times at the Hotel and have never been disappointed with the quality in all respects.

- One piece of broken glass bottle at the swimming pool - the bathroom is not very clean (the limit between the wall and the glass is full of "moisissure") -

Room 311 had a great view and the bed was very comfortable. Fresh towels were a luxury. The choice of shampoos etc in the bathroom. There was a lot of choice for breakfast and the fruit, salmon and cheeses were tasty.

When we checked in, it would have been good to be offered a choice to have a bathroom with a bath (not just a shower). Tea and coffee in the room, like the Hotel Indres in The Hague, Netherlands. At breakfast it was difficult to get really hot water for my tea. Had to wait over 24 hrs for a plug adapter - but staff offered to charge my phone.

Rooms had no where to sit

- Evene all went wrong, the staff tried to help.

-Our card to get to the room never worked. We needed to replace it 4 times in 2 nights stay. - the bed was absolutely not comfortable. for a king size the only put 2 separate mattresses together. - The shower was not clean, funghi on the wall. absolutely not a 5 stars hotel, max 2-3.

The room was beyond expectations. The room was surprisingly large and very comfortable. I especially loved the bath products - lotions and soaps. And the caramels left at turn down were a real treat. The location was perfect for me. Loved everything about my stay at the Boscolo Exedra.

Large rooms, creative atmosphere

Stupid design in the room. You have to pass the bathroom to reach the bedroom. Practically no space for clothes and other belongings. The designer must be from another planet and I will never stay there again. . 3000 euros for a doubble rom is far to expensive for this "luxury" hotel in white.

service in the room (very late), the door could hardly be opened, three times the key was blocked, sometimes we had four bathrobes, sometimes none... very loud children at 8 o/clock in the yard.

We were treated like royality! From start to finish the service was excellent, the room was amazing and such a comfortable bed. Loved the toiletries and comfy robe & slippers.The pool is a must!! We were on our honeymoon and they had left us some champagne on ice & had sprinkled rose petals on the bed. Thank you to all the staff, they made our trip there extra special!! Would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Nothing really except that we paid for breakfast then were told we could not eat the sausages or scrambled eggs as we had paid for a continential - and these extras are classed as extra and have to be paid for! This was disappointing considering it was a 5star hotel. Other than that it was a fantastic hotel!!

the matress on the bed was not soft enough, the pool table in the lobby was not in good condition to play on. The swimming pool was awful and very dirty.

This is a top-end hotel in a good location within Nice. It's pricey but then it's one of the best hotels in Nice. The decor is unique, quirky and modern - might not be everyone's cup of tea but we really liked it. The swimming pool / spa area is great and well worth a visit. Service on the whole, was spot on.

Our room would have benefitted from black-out curtains as the light woke me up early each morning. You can hear the traffic in the morning too, but it's not too bad. Service on the whole was spot-on, with a the receptionist who checked us in being exception. But at times, the service was ok / could do better E.G. the evening bar.

The noise that get in the rooms,,, i guess no proper isolation

No outdoor swimming pool or terrace that we can do sun bath Advice from the concierge is not always right (I.E. We found out that car hire from the hotel is cheaper than outside but they said the opposite, private beach at Ruhl Plage booking at the hotel is €35 they said direct at Ruhl is cheaper but it turns out to be more €40)

It exceeded my expectations. Hotel staff couldn't do enough to meet your needs, the gym/spa facilities were just wonderful and the room was exceptional. A true pampering trip for a great price.

This is my third trp to the Boscolo Exedra. The location is great and the hotel is very stylish and contempory.

Service this time was not as good as my previus two stays. In addition, the gym does not now open until 9am and I was turned away when I went earlier even though it was open and staff do not have to be on duty. How crazy to have a great gym but not let people use if before breakfast!

Fabio and Philip we're an exceptional help and really made our weekend. Thanks for having us.
