Location and breakfast. Breakfast was included. I didnt like the bathroom. Shower spread out!! Bed was not so confortable and decaration is a pretty old fashion. Parking is too expensive (28 Euros a day) . Internet was not free of charge. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast room operated really well accommodated a lot of people in a relaxed and easy manner. Wide variety of food. The room was very nice, clean and very big which was great after three weeks travelling in rather cramped quarters. |

Convenient location. Poor breakfast with little variety of food, only scrambled egg and sauage (one kind only) is hot. We stayed for three nights and the breakfast did not change a bit. Very poor in this respect. |

Clean roooms, friendly staff and best location Stayed close to breakfast room and the noise early in th emorning is most annoying. I think it would be a good change if you can work on the noise levels of the doors closing! |

The hotel is a good choice for pedestrians and drivers alike, has an excellent staff and comfortable rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend, and I plan to return here (when the exchange rate improves). |

The staff was very friendly, helpfull, and service minded. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel while staying in Lyon. The location is perfect for walking round the city. We were kindly opgraded to a room on 5th floor, which was very comfortable, so we don't know the other rooms but according this hotel standard we think they might be OK. We did book a parking place with the hotel. The price was the same as if you park in a parking house. Forget about just finding a parking place in Lyon. If you don't need a car for other purposes later on your holiday, go by train ! |

i had a beautiful, classical, oldfashioned, large room, one of those you rarely encounter nowadays. A treat for those who have gotten used to stay in the tiny and compact rooms of new hotels around the world. At Grand Hotel Boscolo you learn how valuable space is. being it an old hotel you cannot expect to find the technology and services of new hotels but, if you are there for a short stay, you don't feel that you are missing anything |

Great location, great views, good breakfast, peaceful and clean. A good landmark and a pleasurable experience on the whole. If the WCs can be provided with sprinklers that would be great. |

I thought that the staff were really helpful and professional. Every single one was committed to making the guests feel at home. Great location in the heart of the city. Like most hotels with a shower over the bath they haven't solved the problem of the water leaking under the screen and flooding the bathroom! |

The room was excellent - large, high ceilings, with a wonderful bathroom. The breakfast was included which made our stay at the hotel very economical. The staff was friendly, informative and efficient. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to others. |

Staff were excellent and very helpful - spoke good English. Great location, overlooking the river and within 10 min walk to the old town. Bar was closed during our stay. Parking was very expensive. |

we liked the proximity to the Old town. It was just walking distance. We reached the city by car so it was convenient that the hotel had secured parking for our car. The staff was helpful and friendly. |

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was a bit old and needed some updating. The cokes were outrageous 5 euro a piece. Parking was a bit high also, 28 euro for the night. |
