zentrale Lage nicht so schön, wie auf der Internetseite angezeigt. Fliesen im Bad lose, Tür- und Fensterrahmen abgenutzt, Gardinen grau. Insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Preis für Nizza ok. Lage gut. |

I found it to be excellent.... and would return The noise level outside my window .. pruning trees.. was just terrible for 2 or 3 mornings.... outside your control no doubt.. but could they not start later in the morning |

This was exceptional value for the money and the location is perhaps the best in all of Nice. Very comfortable with a large and surprisingly great breakfast...small and quaint right across from the park!!! |

The location was the best thing about this hotel. The staff were very professionl. I thought the breakfast was very expensive and the bacon/sausage was empty when we sat for breakfast, however I did ask the waiter who stated there was a further batch being cooked, I was sat for 20 mins with no food fill to the buffet section, not good enough for the price. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room! not happy with this considering there was no room service available from 2-6pm, This is unheard of. Also when I pay for a room with a double bed I do not expect 2 single beds pushed together. |

Perfect location: convinient to get from airport; close to the shopping area, to the old city, to the beach, to railway station all is few steps from hotel!!! Room could be a bit bigger.Those how pay attention to hotel stars must take into consideration ,that 4 star hotel in Nice will not be the same as 4 star in example Munich, or in Stockholm. |

Very good location, close to the beach, close to the old city of Nice, close to the shopping center, air conditioning in the room, no good view from the window, no balcony, room is quite small, personell is very helping and friendly, rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed every day |

good location for beach and shopping also walking distance to port and old town ,close to bus depot,trips to monte carlo and caane .one euro ea way great value the hotel had no bar and only served breakfast ,if i had known this would have used bosco plaza nearby .food available for room service only |

Location was fantastic such easy access to everything. The beach was very disappointing it should be sand and not stones. The hotel rooms need complete updating. The TV didnt work at one stage and when it did we were not able to watch any movies. |

The hotel has a good location. The room has a clear view of the sea and is a good size. Breakfast buffet is adaquate The room was tired and not very well presented. Needs paint and better decor. The lighting was poor with no overhead lights. Mini bar very limited. |
