B4 Nice Park is situated just 110 yards from the Promenade des Anglais and close to the old city of Nice. It overlooks the Mediterranean, offering views of the famous Baie des Anges. All of the rooms are bright and spacious with a TV and minibar. Internet access is also available. The hotel is decorated in art-deco, provincial and baroque styles. Nice International Airport is only 4 miles away. The station is 10 minutes away and the tram is just 55 yards away. Hotel Rooms: 104

Excellent location. Very nice and polite staff with good service. Short distance everywhere. 100% happy with our stay - really can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good location to get around Nice (old town, shopping, restaurants, beach)!

We have been here a number of times, because it does a Good Breakfast,is close to the beach, nice shops, the Scotch House up the street for (Morning Coffee, Lunch, Afternoon Tea) Private Car Parking.

It's a beautiful and clean hotel centrally located to everything. It's a short walk to the Promanade, beach, Old Nice, restaurants, shopping, and underground parking was right across the street. It has a wonderful breakfast buffet. No complaints and wouldn't change a thing.

excellent location, in the middle of all the action, we arrived on the 14th of july.. the lady receptionist was very nice and friendly, she even upgraded us to a junior suite which was really spacious.we had an amazing view on the garden and the sea.. the fireworks at night were exactly in front of us, it was really beautiful. we had an A/C problem.. the suite was quite spacious and the air condition in the bedroom side was not working..unfortunatly it was a public holiday and a week end so they couldnt solve the problem during our 3days stay.. but one of the staff was kind enough to get us a fan which was ok.

The room was bigger than rooms we had stayed in at other hotels. The location was great, being so close to the promenade and overlooking a quiet park. The staff were friendly and attentive. The standard of the hotel facilities was also of a high standard. The hotel was very good value for money.

B4 Nice Park was excellent, we would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was great and our room was very large with a fantastic view out over the park and sea. Excellent value for money. We arrived after midnight and this was no problem at all, the hotel is very easy to locate.

Great convenient location. Ability to be able to improvise and provide breakfast despite serious flooding(caused by extreme weather conditions) to the main restaurant on the last morning of our stay. Poor or ineffective standard of air conditioning, making the room uncomfortable, especially at night.

We had car problems and couldn't arrive in time at the hotel. Although we had booked a non-refundable, they changed the booking to one day later without extra charge. Rooms could use a renovation (4 stars hotel).
