Great position next to the sea & shops & restaurants. Comfortable & clean.

They did not have wifi.

Central location - just a corner to the both old and new city as well as to the beach

It was in a beautiful setting and a great room. The view was fabulous! The staff at the desk was very helpful. Breakfast was very good!

Hotel furnishings are tired. Rooms could be updated a bit.

The location was superb

The fact that this is a 4 star hotel I would have expected a bit more of the room and the facilities of the hotel. No mini bar, the room service from 18:00-22:00(!), the coffee at the breakfast that seemed very old and re-heated. No slippers in the room and we had to ask 2x for them. No wireless internet and the broadband in the hotel was extremely slow and you will get kicked out after 30 minutes. The hotel staff did not know the area very well. I would recommend a hotel, but not as a 4 star. I think those who have travelled around will have different expectations of a 4-star hotel.

Outstanding value for money. We did not expect to get such a lovely room for the price we paid. It was a superior room with a view of the gardens and sea. The linen and towels were changed daily and the soaps etc replenished as often as needed. It was quiet at night and we slept well on a comfortable bed. The breakfasts were excellent, with a good choice and more than sufficient in quantity. The staff were great, friendly, efficient and helpful. The location is perfect being close to shops, bars, restuarants, Cours Saleya, The Promenade des Anglais and the sea. The airport bus stops outside and the Gare Routiere is a 5 minute walk and only a bit further to the Gare Thiers. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in Nice, and this was out 7th visit. We wil certainly book this hotel again.

The room has many insects and worms which i've been annoyed a lot.

The hotel is in a great location,no more than 5 minutes to the famous Promenade des Anglais,and 5 minutes to thge main shopping streets.The hotel is also very close to the main square of Nice,and to many excellent restaurants and bars. The room and the bed were both very spacious,and the bathroom modern and well appointed.Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean.From the balcony there were splendid views across attractive gardens to the sea. Breakfast comprised both hot and cold food,and the breakfast staff were superb. The hotel reception was always wellcoming,and the staff friendly and helpfull.

The walls in the room could need a coat of paint.

The view of sea is really great. There is only one block away from the seaside and it's not so far away from the old town. Everything in the room is luxury and high quality.

The breakfast is surprisingly normal. It's good, but you don't have so many choices. There is only one cable Internet socket available and the cable wire is quite not long enough.

Excellent location and parking facilities available

The furniture and linen were dated, the internet would not work in the room and the breakfast was of poor quality standards for a hotel of 4 stars at that location.

Location - Near "everything" in Niice Good aircooling

It's a beautiful and clean hotel centrally located to everything. It's a short walk to the Promanade, beach, Old Nice, restaurants, shopping, and underground parking was right across the street. It has a wonderful breakfast buffet.

No complaints and wouldn't change a thing.

Looks very poor! Need renovation
