The location and the helpful staff. The roof terrace in the evening.The food both at breakfast and the evening meal were very good.The shops. It was a little noisy outside but its a busy place and we were not disturbed that much |

Nothing It was dirty and all furnitures were very old and destroyed. Food from room service terrible. People from service don't speak english. We suggest to take out this hotel from offer because the price not adeuqate to the room. |

The location, and room size. The hotel was very clean. We would have liked 2 chairs in the room. The bar area was basic and lack atmospere, it did not open until 6pm. The roof terrace was closed the whole time we were there. |

What I liked most about the hotel is that it is very central. You are near the sea and shopping and restaurants are also very close. Probably coming from a country that has a "smoking ban" I felt that the smell in the corridors was quite overpowering, and this was made worse by the fact that air freshner's were used. I feel the hotel needs some freshening up. Breakfast also was delivered incorrectly to us on our first morning. We did not get what we ordered and it was cold. |

location excellent, quiet, very good maid service, plenty of towels the tv selection is not for english speakers, the shower did not have hot water all the time and hard to control, bathroom small for so called luxury hotel, no coffee or tea with room, no couch in room, staff was aloof |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Nizza und verfügt über große, geräumige Zimmer. Auf der Dachterasse des hoteleigenen Restaurants werden regionale Spezialitäten in sehr guter Qualität serviert. Dabei bietet sich ein hervorragender Blick über die Stadt und das Mittelmeer. Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung des Hotelpersonals lassen zu wünschen übrig. Das Interieur ist veraltet und die technische Ausstattung weist teilweise Defekte auf. Die Reinigung durch den Zimmerservice ist schlecht. Hoteleigene Parkplätze stehen nur in stark begrenzter Zahl zur Verfügung. Die Parkplatzsituation vor sowie in der näheren Umgebung des Hotels ist als sehr kritisch zu beurteilen |

de ligging van dit hotel is uitstekend, alles is binnen wandelbereik bij aankomst is het steeds een gevecht om een goede kamer te krijgen. Bij aankomst probeert men steeds je af te schepen met een slechte kamer, terwijl in dezelfde categorie veel betere kamers voorhanden zijn. Ik heb vaker via Uw organisatie geboekt en steeds is het hetzelfde liedje, krijgen gasten die via booking.com boeken in principe in eerste instantie de slechte kamers? |
