The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Location fantastic right by Eiffel tower. Grocery next store-metro end of block. Fantastic italian restaurants one block away. I would stay here again.

Every thing were bad 1-no help at all I had 2 kids 6 bags no help at all 2- the elevator way too small you can't fit any thing there 3- the rooms stinks and has spiders the covers and the beds Old and not clean the bathrooms too bad 4- noises all night you can't sleep Scary some people nocked on are door at the middle off the night and I can't find no one 5-Internet poor I have booked for a week I stayed for one night after terrific Night ( the worst night I ever had in my life ) and they refused to give me my money back

Tam is a gem.

A policy that required payment in full in advance with no prospect of refund on cancellation. An absurd policy since you had my credit card number, and one that I have never encountered kin forty years of European travel, and many visits to your hotel over that period..

Location - bedroom with a small balcony and good view of the Eiffel Tower.

Plumbing left a little to be desired. Shower not very powerful.

Bathrooms were in good shape.

Advertised with air conditioning (A/C) but our room did not work (there was at least one other guest who complained while we were checking out); We had to sleep with window open (no screens or guards). Walls and baseboard / trim was in poor repair.

We had 4 in our group the rooms very spacious, plenty of mirrors, beds very comfortable, staff awesome, easy access to bus and subway.... Would stay here again! The hotel was an older hotel but nice

good location, reasonably clean.

room was tired and clearly not renovated or refurbished for several years. Shower barely had pressure, temperature changed constantly. Lumpy mattress. Staff were by and large indifferent. Wifi didn't work for first two nights. Much too expensive for what you got...

Did not understand why we had to pay an additional 10,00 Euro for breakfast. There were not any was cloths available in the rooms. Heating output very poor.

The staff was excellent. It was our first time in Paris and we had many questions. They were eager to help and very informative. The hotel had free wifi and computers for use in the lobby. We will definitely go back.

Probably overpriced but a great location.

The location was good - close to the Eiffel Tower, the Metro, Carrefour and restaurants. Also not far to walk to the Paris Open Air Hop on/Hop Off bus.

Fantastic location. Room was a good size and on the ground floor which made our life easier. Free Internet in room.

Reception staff not overly friendly or helpful. Did their job but no more. Hot water would start to run out later in the morning.

Close to the Eiffel Tower and the metro. Parking garage was immaculate and worth the extra cost.

Loading and unloading the car was tricky, as the parking was down the street. Breakfast wasn't the best. We could have eaten better and cheaper outside of the hotel.

Hotel is close to Eiffel tower, 300 meters. Rooms are ok for night or two but price is to high for this type of room. Parking is provided by hotel in near garage for 20 Euro per day.

Price is high, but in accordance with the price of surrounding hotels.
