big room like a bedroom inside a living room desk clerk wasn't good at giving directions. Didn't know bus/shuttle schedule to airport. Didn't know how to get to places by subway. Room had an odor. Not sure what it was. |

the hotel was very clean and peacefull and the rooms are wide and clean and a good helper staff over all it is awonderfull hotel and im very happy when im was in hotel. nothing every thing was ok and peace. |

The size of the room. Location was very good, short walking distance from Champs Elyseés. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful...thanks Nicolas!. The internet service at the lobby was a whooping 35 cents of euro per minute...no wonder it was always available and with no internet cafes nearby I had no other choice but to use it. We didnt take the breakfast so I can´t opine about it, but at 18 euro per person I think is too expensive. |

The location was perfect and also we got big room which was very silent (to the garden side). I can suggest that for those, who like shopping, eating and walking in Paris center! Worth of price. |

The rooms are big, which is rare for Paris. And the hotel is being renovated, so the hotel itself and the rooms are in very good condition. Location was excellent - 5 minutes to champs de elysees and just 10min walk to Arch of Triumph. This was the second time we stayed there and if we will go to Paris again, we will choose the same hotel. |

It was just 5min walk from Champs-Elysées + métro station, location was perfect. I had requested room slippers day before check in and they said they would put them. Upon arrival, we asked if they had put any and the receptionist said each room had slippers in general, which I found a bit strange and of course there wasn't. The bin in the bathroom was full of used towels from the previous guest, there was no stopper in the bathtub. |

THere were works being done on the front of the hotel, which we hadn't been aware of, but it was ok because they didnt work during the weekend. |

La ubicación. Recomendaría que colocaran espejo en la habitación misma, no sólo el que se encuentra en el baño. Proveer alargadores de conexión a corriente o colocar entrada en el baño para otra secadora. |

Beliggenheden, flot klassisk Parisisk bygning. Jeg synes ikke hotellet levede op til 4-stjernet hotel. På værelset kunne man ikke en gang sørge for at der var shampoo og sæbe til 2 personer, det blev ikke skiftet dagligt, på et 4-stjernet hotel forventer jeg at sådan noget bare fungerer. Man kunne ikke skaffe transport til lufthavnen. Denne en dag kom vi tilbage fra byen kl. 16.30 efter at have været væk det meste af dagen, og der var værelset ikke rengjort, hvorefter vi 15 min. senere nærmest blevet jaget ud, fordi nu skulle værelset rengøres, da personalet skulle hjem. Det har jeg aldrig nogensinde før oplevet på noget hotel, selvom jeg i perioder rejser rigtig meget med mange overnatninger. Værelset svarede til et 3-stjernet hotel. |
