Excellent placement, nearby main attractions in Paris, as well as facilities (subway, markets, restaurants), all at walking distance. Very receptive and helpful crew, providing good informations and suggestions. Great breakfast.

The staff were very polite helpful and well manered, the hotel nicley refurbished without loosing it original characteristics,not too many rooms,which makes its also like a small family hotel, I will for sure return again here.

If one wants to compain,he can complain even in a 5star hotel, there is nt much to compain the only thing is that breakfast is slightly expencive and tables small understanding the character of the hotel though its fine,and as for breakfast its not compulsery,so in general again I am very pleased.

the service is very poor. There is only one staff at the reception, so when you arrive, you must wait for 10 minutes until the staff finish her telephone call. I forgot my t shirt at the hotel, even I called to the hotel, when I came back to get my t shirt, the hotel staff didn't know where her collegue put my t shirt, she couldn't contact her collegue and didn't know how to do. After 5 minutes of thinking, she asked me to go back tomorrow to get my t shrit while I said I had a flight tomorrow. Thanks for her service!!! with this problem, I can't hear any "sorry " words from the staff. It make me really nervous. This service doesn't worth 4 star.

Very nice lobby Wi-Fi in the room

Fridge was not working and not fixed till the end of 4 days stay Once we asked for ice and it was delivered in 1,5 hours. Second time we were told that they usually do not deliver it at all. So, you can imagine - not working cooler and no ice... Bad cleaning: not too nice to find a lot of dark hair in your bathroom after every cleaning Air-conditioning sustem was not good BUT i-pod compatible sound system in each room (which is ridiculous taking into account al points above)

Location is good, close to Champ Elysees avenue. Night clubs, pubs and bar on that area if you are keen to have a drink or two at night. Supermarket and small shops nearby.

If you are driving be prepared for a big hassle. There's no parking available and private parking are few, dirty and very expensive (30 Euros/day). Took me about 20 minutes to drive from a parking lot nearby to champs elysees during the morning rush. The hotel staff is ok, but could be a little bit more friendly.

Everything- the beautiful room ( We were upgraded) , the most comfortable beds, cleanliness, the spotless bathroom. The elegant lounge.

Everything was superb .However one suggestion - there is no full length mirror in the room - just in the bathroom.

Excellent, I have been staying in this hotel on every weekend trip to Paris for 3 years. You rarely find a better combination of quality vs price.

Well it is a very nice hotel , location wise and service it is very comfy and elegant

What we do not like about the hotel is it is expensive and do not offer breakfast with the room price which is not fair we prefere if they do offer a breakfast within the price of them room which is by the way not cheap at all

I stayed at this hotel with my sister in Nov 2001. The location is amazing, literally 5 minutes walk to the Champs Elysees with many local attractions within walking distance.... Rooms are larger than normal (for Europe), clean, quiet and chic. Stylish practical rooms with fantastic service! Highly recommended.
