We liked everything at this hotel, we were suppose to stay only one time during our stay in Nice, but we cancelled our reservation in other hotel & we stayed here. The couple who run the hotel are amazing, friendly and very helpfull. The breakfast was good & more than enough. The parking available & very convenient. During our stay we had three different rooms, all the rooms were lovely, comfortable et spacieuse avec des belles terrasses.Emplacement calm et proche de la mer, marche, restaurants. Mr. & Madam jean Lu etait extreme gentilles. .Definetly I will go back to this hotel.Tout agreable at this hotel |

Friendly proprietors: Jean-Luc speaks some English and helped with our French vocabulary; Muriel speaks no English and taught us to listen faster. Hotel is close to beach but quiet, and we enjoyed the large balcony with our room. Parking and internet were very good. Breakfast very basic, although with good coffee. |

Uitermate vriendelijk personeel dat ook Engels spreekt, bedden waren prima, kamer was ruim opgezet. Geen koelkastje op de kamer, douche was erg laag (je moest gaan zitten om je haren te kunnen wassen) |

Persoonlijk ontvangst door een echtpaar gerund hotel. Kamer was naar eigen smaak ingericht en had een ruim balkon. Kamer met airco die met ab zelf kon worden bediend. Op 500mtr van het strand. Een supermarkt (Spar) op 3 minuten lopen van het hotel. In het centrum was niets te beleven. Kleine parkeerplaatsen. Het hotel heeft niet echt een bar om te gaan zitten, je kunt er wel wat te drinken krijgen en meenemen naar je kamer. |

De beheerders (een sympathiek echtpaar) zijn bijzonder aardig, heel attent, Een warme ontvangst. Heel erg gastvrij. Alles verder prima. Ruime kamer met enorm balkon, waar je ook bij warme dagen prima kunt zitten. Perfect hotel op 5 minuten lopen van het strand in een heel rustige en veilige buurt, naast het politiebureau. |

Отель находится недалеко от пляжа и самого большого на Лазурном побережье иподрома. Интернет хоть и бесплатный, но необходимо кадые 15 минут просить нажать некую кнопку, чтобы он не отключился. Мест на парковке отеля на машины всех постояльцев не хватает. В номере нет холодильника! |

Posizione a 500mt dal mare e comunque lontano dalla caotica strada principale. I gestori sono veramente molto gentili e disponibili. Danno inoltre molte informazioni in merito a ristoranti, servizi turistici della città e nozioni varie. La mancanza di un piccolo frigorifero in camera per conservare le bevande fresche. |
