Modern Rooms. Very clean and beds comfortable.
Softer pillows needed. No courtyard at back. Should have been informed of works still carrying on in the hotel. There was still noise to the back of the hotel late at night
I was only booked in for 4 nights and not for longer..
The fact that for breakfast, we had available raw, totally uncooked bacon, The sausages, scrambled egg and beans were also served stone cold. These items were put in a "bain marie" which, over time would have heated them, but every day when we arrived, they were all cold. There was also a light in the bathroom mirror, which didn't work. I reported this to the receptionist who ignored my several requests for it to be changed.
we stayed in a triple room which had plenty of storage and a lovely bathroom. the beds were extremely comfortable.
unfortunately one of the cleaners had a personal hygiene problem.
Very good location - close to Grand Boulevards, Galerie Lafayette, Opera,...
During the stay at the hotel a lot of construction work going on, which was very noisy. Bathroom was nice but small and after 2 minutes in the shower, half of the room was flooded with water.
the rooms, the staff
Location Kitchen staff extremely pleasant Receptionists very friendly and helpful Cleaners pleasant and did a good job
My only complaint was lack of presses or drawers for putting clothes in. It should not be a major job to put up a few shelves in the alcoves and a mirror at the shelf beside the wardrobe in No. 62.
Great location for exploring on foot . Clean modern quiet rooms .
Hotel communial areas not up to standard. Clearly refurbishment programme not finished ! Possibly a complimentary drink co have been offered for disruption. Requested early check in pre arrival however received no correspondence from hotel assumed ok however No was the answer on arrival ! Poor communication !
Easy to get to from eurostar, good location for walking around paris near lots of bars and restaurants but didn't hear any noise at night.Communal areas weren't great and there was no atmosphere,Some members of staff were helpful and polite one was a bit rude but overall we had a brilliant stay and loved paris!
Too far from main attractions .
Staff were helpful and accommodating.
Beds were hard. Wifi sign in was clumsy and time consuming. Breakfast could have had more fresh fruit and vegetarian options.
All staff members were very helpful clean room
Safe didn't work, shower head leaked
Good location excellent breakfast good wifi
Sound of the doors
The simple & smooth
1- Dark next eleivator in each floor 2- Complicated Wi-Fi connection
The standard of the rooms was very good having been recently refurbished
Not as central as I would have liked. A bit impersonal. No breakfast option of any note.
Yes the room is small but you are only there to sleep. Perfect location near the metro station which is so easy to use. Good price and clean place. Staff is wonderful!
Nothing really. It was a great stay!
poor wifi signal
This hotel was just refurbished and everything is brand new , and good service.
Just didn't like the Coffe for the break fast .
Lovely hotel. Great room. Very clean. Fast wifi. Good locstion. Friendly staff
I will not have go back ever again! The WiFi I have thought out in a very complicated, and it requires access to your email from home and if you do not have the means to open it you can not use the Wifi. In three days of our stay my daughter was cut off from the world!
The corridors are narrow and cramped and the hotel is located in an area that we did not like at all .... it is behind a main road in a small side street where they circulate ugly faces. One evening two guys chased us and we were able to infilarci in the bar across the street. Although the hotel acceptable, do not I review because we ran in several unpleasant incidents that have affected our stay. First of all the reception -ad exception of a boy who speaks a little 'Italian- are very rigid, impersonal limits of antipathy. For years, I travel exclusively with Booking, I come from a business trip for 11 nights in Normandy and Brittany, and in years of travel and reservations it had never happened to such a thing! First, it is the only hotel that, when you book -benché there is clearly written that the cancellation is free of charge, you block the funds on the rechargeable card for the full amount and for 4 months, which is equivalent to prepay the entire stay! We then happened that we were charged fraudulently breakfast, though never requested and never worn! In a totally arbitrary, three hours after check-out, by which time we were on the plane, I got charged 21 euro! They should have been in doubt, call in advance. Instead, in this way, it is as if we had seen the thieves of snacks and there they put their hands in their pockets without trial and without appeal! Incredible! I called and they kept me on the phone a lot of time; I sent an email to which they have responded. I wrote a Booking, that made me know of a mysterious director who went on vacation until September 1 (does not it seem strange ?? !!). I made a complaint in Italy (but it will not help) and I forwarded the request for a transfer to the company's credit card. Who of you would be charged € 21 while in the case of uncertainty-and without permesso- to a customer who at your hotel already has spent 486?
50% off the price so we paid only CHF50 each. The room is newly renovated. The bedsheets are new and clean. The toilet is separate from the bathroom in a 3-bed room. It is near one of the stops for the City Sightseeing Tour Bus. It is walking distance to the Opera but really a good walking distance which is not for the weak of limb.
It is under renovation so the lobby is still not nice. The color of the whole interior is dull.
Did not use WiFi had to click on a link to get access it ?? Hotel is on small one way street, no parking, got parking ticket within minutes while inquiring at front desk where to park. Offsite parking is too far away. We took our luggage to the room while still illegally parked since there was no unloading zone provided. The lobby was under construction but we managed to get thru. The map given to the parking garage did not include all of the one way streets and the clerk had to pencil in the directions which were not clear. The room was clean but dysfunctional. The night stands were two "blocks" that were not useable as night stands. One metal chair was included. The bathroom was adequate but there was no shelf or tray in the shower. The half glass wall leaked where it was attached to the wall. We put the do not disturb sign on the door on the first day but when we returned someone had been in the room and made the bed, that was all. When I told the desk, I was told it was their policy to clean the rooms each day (?). When we were leaving Saturday morning early as planned, the front desk clerk gave up trying to give us clear instructions on how to walk to the parking garage. We managed to find it but it was not open at 7 am as it should have been according to the hotel. We finally made it out at 8:30 after another irate parking customer who could speak some French got the parking lot owner to remotely open the gate. I never felt completely safe in the area where this hotel is located which was justified by me being robbed just outside the entrance. Even if this had never happened, I would never recommend this place.
*Excellent location. *Very friendly and helpful staff. *Nice cafeterias just a short walk away. *Very comfortable bed and big bathroom. *And when you open the window you can hear all these sweet sounds of Parisian streets.
There was no wi-fi. They withdrew extra 85 Euros from my credit card and did not return it
central location nice room good bed nice bathroom clean nice staff
typical paris rooms you hear when people talk in the corridors
