Min kone og jeg var yderst tilfrds med hotellets beliggenhed, da vi altid kunne gå til alle centrale dele af nice incl. Butiksshopping, spisning og gå tur ved promenaden. Lidt mere oplysninger mulighed for at tage på udflugter til museer kogleekspressen M.M. |

Hotellet ligger centralt i Nice og alligevel lidt væk fra det allermest hektiske.10-15 min. gang så er man i hjertet af Nice. Dejligt at der er under 5 min. gang til stranden og såfremt man har værelse ud mod sidegaden Rue Meyerbeer, kan man se palmerne på Promenade des Anglais og Middelhavet. Haven er et dejligt fristed hvor man bl.a. Morgenmaden er for kedelig - det samme hver eneste dag. Der er for meget sødt hvidt brød/wienerbrød i forhold til de mange forskellige grove brød, som man jo sagtens kan købe hos bagerne dernede. Lav lidt variation. Udvalget af pålæg: pølse, skinke og ost er det samme hver eneste dag. Lav lidt variation. |

Et hyggeligt hotel med en rigtig flot have til at nyde sommeraftenen. Værelset vi fik tildelt var ret slidt, gulvlister,loft samt en del af tapetet var meget grimt. Personalet render rundt med en duftfrisker hver morgen, og det stinker. |

Staff was nice with good English skills, location excellent, available private garage near the hotel. Feels safe and secure. The bed was large but uncomfortable, noisy refridgerator in room, everything is a bit worn. |

Very nice hotel in the centre of Nice, with nice decoration of halls, charming garden with orange trees and small fountain, very good breakfast with big variaty. Personnel helpful and friendly. Free internet in the hall. Beautiful bar. Very nice pictures Standard double room is very simply decorated but it was worth for discounted price. The problem was with hot water, we had to wait several minutes when it started being hot. |

Location is excellent, close to the beach, train station and Old Town. Very nice garden. Room is spacious and clean. Very unpleasant smell on the ground floor near the lift. Lift only goes up to the 3d floor. Our room (on the 4th floor) had no soundproof at all. We could hear every word and motion in the room next door and in the corridor. So the sleep was quite uncomfortable. |

The location was good as the beach,old town and train station were all within easy walking distance. It was good value as we had a family room (which is not that easy to find) and the rates were much better than most hotels in the nearby vacinity. That said, it is a bit tired but we still enjoyed our stay. Management decided halfway through our stay to collect all the air-conditioning remote controls without telling the guests. Most annoying as time was spent searching. If they advertise air-conditioning is it not up to the guest to decide if they want to use the facility or not? |

The location convenient to the main centre of Nice. Nice garden surroundings. Noise from the road, noise from other rooms and can hear people walking around from rooms above. the bed was not comfortable and a bit noisy as well. otherwise good for only one night. |

The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. The Reception Area was welcoming and the free internet access in the Lounge proved useful. The rooms were simple and comfortable (also colourful - nice curtains!) Breakfast was extra but we were given a fair deal. The combination of location, good staff and comfortable rooms resulted in good value and four happy customers. |

We had upgraded rooms and they were certainly large. The hotel was near the front and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms at the front were on a main road and double glazing would have cut the noise down. Some of the decoration was a bit 'tired'. Lack of inclusion of breakfast in the rate was tiresome although we found a nice cafe nearby. |

Charming hotel. Beautiful garden to sit in and enjoy. Close proximity to most places of interest in Nice such as beach, train station, buses, restaurants and old Nice. Personnel at reception very courteous, friendly and helpful. Buffet excellent although a bit pricey. Would likely stay there again. Had to change room because in the first one the shower was non-functionnal. Also rooms a bit small and outdated but clean and walls are thin. But then, most 2 or 3 star hotels in France are like that, being old buildings. |

The delightful shady garden, so pleasant for a cool drink after a day of exploring. The very friendly, polite, helpful staff. The comfortable and spacious lounge areas. The bedroom was quite comfortable, but dull; it would have been nice to have it more modern and attractive. |

Stayed four days October 09, Great location, 5-10 mins walk to most places of interest eg beach, casino, museums, old town. Very friendly staff, room cleaned and towels changed every day.Basic but typical older French hotel. Shower curtain requires re-placing and some parts of tiling requires re- grouting. |

The very friendly and helpful staff . We found our room, 215, very pleasant although it was difficult to know what made it "superior". The lounge was spacious and comfortable and we loved the garden and the bright original decor in the bar. The breakfast appeared expensive but was generous and represented good value. We were disappointed to find the restaurant closed, this had been one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We found the old fashioned folding door to the toilet very irritating. |
