Ο χωρος υποδοχης καθως και ο κηπος ειναι πολυ περιποιημενα και καλογουστα

Τα δωματια ειναι απαραδεκτα για ενα ξενοδοχειο 3 αστερων. Τα καθαριστικα που χρησιμοποιουνται ειναι τοσο δυνατα, που το δωματιο μυριζει πολυ εντονα ακομη και αν περασουν 3-4 ωρες. Η μοκετα ειναι σε τοσο κακη κατασταση που δεν τολμας ουτε κατα λαθος να ακουμπησουν τα ποδια σου πανω. Επισης δεν μπορει να πληρωνεις 115 ευρω την βραδια και να σου ζητουν εξτρα λεφτα για την σαουνα

The location convenient to the main centre of Nice. Nice garden surroundings.

Noise from the road, noise from other rooms and can hear people walking around from rooms above. the bed was not comfortable and a bit noisy as well. otherwise good for only one night.

We had upgraded rooms and they were certainly large. The hotel was near the front and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms at the front were on a main road and double glazing would have cut the noise down. Some of the decoration was a bit 'tired'. Lack of inclusion of breakfast in the rate was tiresome although we found a nice cafe nearby.

Location and easy parking

The delightful shady garden, so pleasant for a cool drink after a day of exploring. The very friendly, polite, helpful staff. The comfortable and spacious lounge areas.

The bedroom was quite comfortable, but dull; it would have been nice to have it more modern and attractive.

The very friendly and helpful staff . We found our room, 215, very pleasant although it was difficult to know what made it "superior". The lounge was spacious and comfortable and we loved the garden and the bright original decor in the bar. The breakfast appeared expensive but was generous and represented good value.

We were disappointed to find the restaurant closed, this had been one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We found the old fashioned folding door to the toilet very irritating.

They need to replace the mattress that was sagging in the middle which made sleep uncomfortable.

A very pleasant hotel- good size room & spotlessly clean. The location was great as we were only a short walk from the lovely Promenade Des Anglaise.

Walls a bit thin so could be a little noisy.
