they were not aware of our reservation when we arrived and had to send us elsewhere for the first 2 nights.

Good location. Can walk to Nice Ville train station n not far from shopping area. This hotel is also near the Promenade

No coffee maker provided in the room

- The receptionist was so friendly. She helped us a lot and gave us all the useful informations. - The room for my family (4 adults) was great, beautiful and comfortable, especially the bath room. The double room for my friends was a little bit old but clean and large.

The location is excellent--an easy walk from the train station, and an easy walk to the bus for the airport. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the beach and old town Nice. The staff were excellent and multilingual.

The room is very basic--small bathroom, with the toilet across the entry hall from the bath/sink. Liked having a bigger bed than is typical in Europe, but it pretty much took up the entire room! It's expensive, but Nice is expensive!

I liked the atmosphere in the hotel. The staff were always willing to help out with any queries and were so helpful with information about Nice.

Excellent friendly staff and the rooms are clean and well appointed. Close enough to the beach and the main shopping areas, including restaurants and cafes.

No coffee or tea making in the room, but there is a 24 hour bar in the reception.

The staff were exceptionally nice. They were friendly, helpful, cheerful and went out of their way to assist. The rooms were a good size and were clean. It is close (5 minute walk) to the sea front and close to local shops/bars/cafes and a 10 minute walk to the main shopping areas of the city. There is secure parking just off site at an additional charge. We didn't have to pre book due to the time of year, but I would suggest you check with the hotel. Excellent value for money and we would stay at the hotel again next time we are in Nice

We were very impressed with NELLIE, who works at the front desk. She was charming, friendly, and very helpful.

The breakfast room has a terrible odor of mold or mildew, which creeps up the stairs even to the second floor. They obviously have had some sort of flood and have not done the proper cleaning and repairs. We were not able to have breakfasts there because of the unbearable odor.

The staff were very good, the location was good, overall good value for the rate. They also have an excellent car parking scheme .

Our room relatively small and on the noisy Rue Meyerbeer side of the building. End of season and decor a little tired.

This hotel is in dire need of renovation. The room I stayed in was furnished with old, cheap furniture. The carpet was so stained that I barely dared to walk barefoot on it. Tiles on the ceiling looked as if they were ready to come down. The category of the room should be rated rather with 1-2 stars instead of 3.
