Hotel staff is very friendly. They try to help with any question. There are two ladies at reception who are Russian speaking that make very easy communication for my children and wife to get good advices of shopping, transport, good cafes and restaurants. Everything was excellent: city, people and challenging event: Nice-Cannes marathon on 20th November, that we run succefuly and after that have pleasent rest in the hotel and nice sightseeing of several towns along the Azure Shore. Hotel is at comfartable location as from seaside as from railway station.

Perfect location near Old City and Promenade des angles. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Lovely citrus garden where you can have breakfast or have a drink. The room (twin comfort) was rather big for two people and have fridge, safe and air conditioning. Rooms was cleaned very well. The hotel is quite old and need to repair, especially the bathroom. Very poor noise isolating - you can hear all that neighbors do.

Nice location, pretty entrance with a terrace garden. Some public area seating, good value for the location but everything is fairly run down. It is not shabby chic, just shabby. Reception staff okay.. Breakfast on terrace is good enough. Avoid fourth floor rooms, these rooms are in attic and show no signs of care or attention in the decor or maintenance areas. Tv at a jaunty angle on wall. Peeling paint on shutters and a tiny room. Mini bar whirs away 24/7 but is not stocked. Fine for a night, painful for longer. No lift access to 4th floor.

Great central location, the bonus being the garden. Very helpful staff They offer free WiFi but it's very intermittent. It was one of the reasons this hotel was chosen by our party. We found it rather frustrating at it times.

Looked good from the outside, convenient location, nice common areas and outdoor seating. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Very small slightly tatty bed and bathrooms. Had to take it in turns to move around. Area and hotel have seen better days. Noisy.

The location between beach and railway station is excellent. The garden for breakfast and a glass of wine or a beer after e day's strolling in Nice is relaxing and very appreciated. We booked two comfort rooms. One of them was small to be considered as a confort room.

Bright airy room with a nice garden view. Our tv didn't work when we checked in, but the staff fixed it straight away. The room was very spacious and quite comfortable, though the hotel has seen better days. You get what you pay for. The floor in the bedroom was not level and I felt like I was going to roll out of bed. The bathroom wasn't very clean - with dust on the top of the mirror and the shower had some mould growing in the corners.

The hotel has a shady garden between the entrance gate and actual hotel reception entrance. Therefore the rooms are set back from the main road and are quieter than one would expect from a city centre hotel location. It is just a few minutes walk to the seafront and the No 10 bus passes the hotel in the direction of the city centre (which is only a 10 minute walk anyhow). There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in the local area without having to go into the city centre itself if you just want to stay local for an evening.

Very pleasant garden. Excellent breakfasts. Comfortable lounges. Always pleased to find a safe in the bedroom: I wonder it is not mentioned in the hotel details. Ideally placed about half way between the SNCF station and the Promenade des Anglais. Met my requirements very well. Surprisingly quiet considering its location. Because I was not sure I would be able to get away I particularly valued that I could book without a deposit and cancellation arrangements were extremely reasonable The advertised sauna is at an additional charge which is not mentioned in the hotel details. My bedroom was sufficiently large to accommodate a comfortable chair and it would benefit from one.

It was a lovely large room for a good price in a good location, and we especially loved the orange blossom scent in the garden. No problems, the place was decent and the staff was friendly.

For me, the Brice Hotel was located in the middle of the seaside promenade and the train station and that was great. Each way it would have been no more than 10mins casual walk. The staff at Reception where extremely obliging and that is always something I hope for when travelling. There was nothing I didn't like the Brice was great

The room was big compaired to other hotel rooms that we stayed in over the years in the South of France, and we were surprised that we had a nice balcony with sun loungers, chairs, table and a sun shade. The hotel is close to the main shopping area, the pesterian zone for eating out, the train station, and the beach, are all within easy reach. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a fantastic hotel, for the price. Ok, well......the bathroom floor is extremely slippy when wet, be careful!!! Everywhere in Nice is noisy, with early morning rubbish collections, there is no exception here.......NOT the hotels fault.

Wonderful old building really close to the Promenade d'Angle. Not like in most hotels, the walls are thick,so the neighbours are hardly audible:)
