the room was not fresh or clean
Location, large room with balcony
Bit run down and musty
Central location and newly renovated room with good space for 4 persons. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Common parts of hotel need to be renovated.
Location was good, garden lovely and staff very helpful and friendly.
A little bit noisy from traffic noise but wouldnt put us off rebooking. Suggest painting room and communal areas as looking a bit tatty and new carpets in communal areas
-comfy bed -working AC -spacious room -great location, close to train station and the beach/tourist areas
-street side a bit noisy, but due to some road construction
Rooms are large
Reception and breakfast.
ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT LOTS OF LOVELY AREAS TO SIT INSIDE & OUTSIDE
The most comfortable beds compared to anywhere we traveled. Also, the best shower!
Couldn't enjoy the garden because of the construction that was taking place on the street right next door. Loud jackhammer... had to leave the garden once it started.
Breakfast not included
Problems with wifi noise from neighbours and from the street very warm inside
Great location, good rooms and friendly helpful staff. Very good value for the price.
Car parking is a NIGHTMARE!
Clean modern bright spacious family rooms ...(not just a double room with extra beds shoved in!) (which we experience a lot with two small children ) with very clean modern bathrooms ... Lovely ,friendly helpful staff ... Will definitely be going back there again
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel .
We liked the helpfulness of the staff, and the nice garden.
The smell and the dirty carpets
I have reserved an newly renovated family room few months ago. But when I check in ,the staff told me this room is not available. She just arranged an old connecting room for us at the same price. It's not acceptable.
Staff lovely, welcome, garden area to chill recliners and tables, family room good size, bathroom shower roomy.
Garden area needs a gardener, Hotel in general requires some TLC.
The location was excellent, 10 minutes to the promenade and beach and to the main shopping area. Would recommend it to divas on a budget that way you've got more cash for other things.
Our room was basic and a bit tired. There weren't any points for using hair straighteners and charging phones were challenging.
Nothing, i never recommend this hotel even for animals.
Zero service , bad staff, such old lady in the reception never answer us, has bad stubed agly face, please no one go to this bad hotel , very old with bad smill hotel.
Staff was good, there are a lot of shops near the hotel and promenade is ~200m away, 100m to the main shopping street, location was excellent. Rooms were nicely renovated.
Wifi was quite bad, it took some hassle to get it connected and when that was done the connection was quite slow. The hotel has a restaurant but only for breakfast and if you let them know in advance, after that you can't get any food and need to get it elsewhere. Whilst the rooms were recently renovated then rest of the hotel was not.
We stay here each time we visit Nice because of the hotel's location (proximity to seafront and shops/restaurants), friendly staff and pleasant garden entrance.
Guests accommodated on the fourth floor (the top floor) have to use a staircase once the lift has been used to reach the third floor (the highest level that the lift goes up to). This is due to the age and design of the building. Those with a disability that makes the use of stairs difficult should therefore advise the hotel in advance so that they are accommodated in one of the rooms on the first three floors of the hotel.
The breakfast, service and so on.
Wifi is free, but not usable.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, recommended a restaurant and booked a table. We enjoyed an excellent dinner.
Everything nice! very good Wi-Fi Nice garden Perfect location
