トリプルルームに3人で宿泊しました。ダブルベッド1つとソファーベッド1つでした。部屋、バスルーム（バスタブ付）は広く快適でした。部屋によって評価はいろいろですがトリプルルームは快適でした。ホテルの場所は旧市街地から少し離れていますが（徒歩10分）海岸へは徒歩6分で行くことができます(ホテルから海は見えません）。

ロケーションはよい。少し古びた感じは否めない。スタッフの対応が横柄であった。レストランがしまっていて不便。値段なりということか。

駐車場が離れた場所にあり、不便であった。それ以上に、駐車場の鍵が開かないといったら（おそらく故障）、他の鍵を渡されたが、その鍵でもあかないので再びフロントに申し出ると、「その鍵は違うところの鍵だから開かなくて当たり前」とあたかもこちらに非があるかのように対応されて非常に不愉快であった。

部屋も広く、天井も高いし洗面所も広かったので、ヨーロッパのホテルでは珍しく窮屈な思いをせずにすみました。バスタブがあったのもよかった。

Hotel had decent location - 15 minute walk to old city, 10 min to train station, and 5 min to airport busline. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was friendly.

The buffet breakfast was overpriced for such a sparse spread. Bed was very saggy and the duvet was nasty. The inflated prices for all things in the cote d'azur was IMHO undeserved (see overrated, like Matthew McConaughey).

The garden was wonderful, especially in the evening. Quite a relaxing place and a lovely place for a delicate morning meal. The free internet access. Professional staff members. Nice lobby and bar. Short walk to the beach.

The walls seemed to be made of paper. You could hear everything from the neighbouring room and the door out in the corridor was very thin . We also found the AC a little bit clumsy to operate

The hotel does need some paint and a little upgrading

Good size room, nice staff, excellent breakfast (although we had to pay extra for it), and very good location.

The room was a bit shabby, although very spacious and bright. For the price, it was reasonably good value.

There was a lift to help bring the luggage up to the upper floors, which is good for older folks. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The orientation once we arrived at the upper floors is a bit confusing. Also had a bit of an itch every morning perhaps from the sheets but generally OK.

Convenient for airport connections and car hire return. Nice is an ideal starting and finishing point when visiting southern France.

It was such a terrible experience that it almost ruined my honeymoon. The room we booked was a superior room for 2 pax at $290 for 2 nights. First of all, I had no idea why there was a baby bed inside the room. Besides, the carpet, furnitures and bathroom are so old to the extent that you would feel quite uncomfortable about the cleanliness.

I looked at many hotels and decided on Brice Hotel becauseof the garden. It was lovely to enjoy a coffee/breakfast outside and make the most of the good weather, it added another demension to our city break. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful , and assisted in making arrangements for a day trip to Cannes.
