Used this as a base for a family of 5 for a work/holiday. Location was great, ideal to return to base with tired young kids, where they could relax and play. Having a living space with young kids was great, a choice of metro stops very close by, so managed disney trip, work and all the sights. Great wine shop accross the road. Minor thing, would have liked to be able to get rid of the bin at least once during the five night stay. |

The apartment was very clean and bright with all the facilities we needed to cater for a family. It was simple to access with only written instruction and the contact number for help was answered promptly and they were very accomodating and helpful for us. The Metro stop is also very close and there were plenty of good eating and food shopping places closeby. The bed was really comfortable, the rooms warm and dry and the shower pressure excellent :) The area south of here around Les Halles is a bit seedy with red light shops and looked rough at night. We just kept venturing out north and east of here and kept away and had no issues. The Metro stop was so close we came back at night with kids and there was no problem but wouldn't have wanted to get off one stop sooner and walk through the area south of here. |

Clean, excellent apartment in good location. Perfect for a family--much better than a full service hotel. |

Location was good. Facilities were adequate. We booked for 4 adults and 2 children but not enough bedding etc was supplied. The problem was remedied after some phone calls but it was inconvenient. |

It is well situated. We could find easily supermarkets, metro station, restaurants nearby. In addition, there are funs and air conditioner in the apartment. We are sure we will come back to this apartment for next visit. |

The hotel entrance was a little hard to find. A current landmark is a Japanese restaurant. A supermarket is close and located between the nearest Metro station and the hotel. The hotel made me feel as if I lived in Paris. |

The hotel was too far from the train station Val d'Europe. If you do not have a car, don't bother booking this hotel! Instead of the advertized 15 minute walk, we walked with our suitcases on streets with no sidewalk for 45 minutes! There were no shops/eateries/restaurants close to the village. When we got back from Disney in the evening, we waited for the no 43 bus for about 30 minutes. The bus never came, so we ended up spending 15 euro for a cab back to the hotel. My parents' lodging was so dirty, they had to come to my villa for cups and pots. No soap/shampoo! Also, the villa had an odor that gave us a head-ache. We canceled our reservation for the rest of the stay and ended up booking a hotel close to the train station Val d'Europe. |

Good standard of accommodation. Close to the central attractions. Felt safe. Interesting local nightlife! We had an extra bed. This was not of comparable standard and the occupant had to put the mattress on the floor rather than the bed to be at all comfortable. |

Apartment was well appointed with everything that we needed. It is well designed, quiet, in a great location and easy to access. Would definitely stay here again! 2 small suggestions: 1. A viewfinder in the door of the apartment to see who out into the hallway. Instructions on what to do with garbage and recycling. |

Great location, walking distance to all museums, galleries, shops, sights. All facilities in the apartment, even a washer and iron. Clean and cosy. There is no hoteldesk. The apartment works with codes which are sent by E-mail. This is not mentioned by Booking.com. When you book last minute you don't get them on time. We called the office of the apartment and they helped us perfectly by phone. If no one is there, for instance when you arrive late, you are stuck on the street. |

Conveniently located just off metro station in an area rich with variety of restaurants and still busy with people at night. Also near to a public parking. Perfect for independent travelers who know Paris and have the ability to navigate the city as there is no reception service. Since we know the city, we felt this was perfect! |

Perfect for family with babies and own cooking needs. Great location - pompidu across the street, super market 2 minutes to left, few minutes by taxi from Paris Nord station. Equiped with nice kitchenware, high standards of apartment, sofa, tv, beds, linens etc. More beds in the apartment than stated, check directly before booking too big apartment. no receptions to keep your laugage after checkout. Elevator-tiny with weird doors. Noisy - police station nearby, loud sirens. No air conditioning! area near not so nice at night. |

Great location. Modern apartment within a lovely old building. Bathroom great. Poor communication by the staff regarding a second key (unable to get one despite the written offer and 2 phone calls). Also, no info on a change of security code during our other than by email which we donot access regularly. No info on rubbish disposal. Extra bed poor quality and not suitable for adult. |

Cleanliness, space and location Poor Instructions from Booking.com for obtaining the keys and gaining access since these apartments are unmanned.. anyone without a telephone would not able to gain access. Whilst the outside doors were secure and needed separate codes for entry, the actual apartment door appeared quite insecure and could be pushed open. |
