No reception. you have to find the key firstly which really hard to find the address and then you have to find the apartment where you will stay. It was very tiring to reach the room. TV and Internet was not working. Room was very small.

- Location - Apartment (vs Hotel) - can make breakfast in the room, etc. - The smallest apartment I've ever been too (including Asia) - Took 3 phone calls (on roaming charges) to get the staff to just share the wifi password. How hard can it be to write it on a piece of paper in the apartment? - The bed was broken (one leg was just broken off). I called about it twice, but it was never fixed. I would literally roll off it, so I had to sleep on the sofa in the living room.

Excellent location, very clean, all household facilities available. Very close to metro and walking distance to city Center including louvre and Notre dam church. Definitely recommended. If I go again to paris I would definitely stay there again! There is only one key to share between a family of four. No lock on door, flooring area in living room and bedrooms need to be changed and lift very small but considering its location, there is no space for a bigger one.

location The apartment was tiny, the smallest I have ever seen. Very cramped for two people. The bed in the room was a pull out sofa, not even a proper bed! For such a high price, we would at least expect a proper bed. You would get more comfort in a hostel. We had a terrible nights sleep and terrible back ache the following day. The photos and description both on booking.com and the official website are incredibly misleading offering "travel in spacious style" which was quite simply a joke. It is a shame because the service was ok and the location fantastic but we would never stay here again.

I complete unsatisfied here! A madam stressed us apartment has free wifi service, h/ever they dose not notice us password in advance, the room dose not provide free all to apartment office, so I made several international phone call to get accessible password, it is very bad, especially I hv to walk down the street,bc room dose not get any mobile message. The apartment we stayed dose not arrange on the address they provides on booking.com. We got key and read the document advising us our room locating in another unfamiliar address, even did not provide a map for us, they should know we are not parisian. We takes totally an hour to find the place by asking hundreds people, the place is even far away from metro Etienne Marcel; it is the reason I choose bridge street. When we got in the room, it is totally off the pictures showing on booking.com. Room is very small, and had bad day light it cannot see street. Then another bad thing happened, the water drops from kitchen's roof. Then Bridgestreet changes our room on 2nd night.

The Bridgestreet Le Marais consists in different locations. So beware user reviews as they may refer to different places. Also worth noting rooms categories have different bedding. The Léopold Bellan building was perfectly well located, next to the magnificient traffic-free and cobble- stoned rue Montorgueil, full of gorgeous shops, restaurants and bars. Located minutes away from most interesting locations. The studio was modern and well equipped, except the bed (see negative point). The Studio was geared with a sofa-bed which meant poor sleep for two nights. What a disappointment. Especially given the facts a) all bedding looks like real beds on pictures and b) only the booking.com pricing section included a mention this was going to be a sofa-bed. Which we only found out after the facts... What is confusing is that there is absolutely no need for a sofa-bed as this is the primary and unique bed... Also worth noting that my initial booking did not make it from Booking.com to Bridgestreet so when I called 4 weeks before to confirm location and both rooms' adjacency the personnel had to re-enter my reservation...

Comfy beds. Nice lounge area to relax in. Close to metro station. Straightforward and well managed process to get key on arrival, despite there being no reception. Very noisy - no double glazing so difficult to sleep with road noise. Very creaky old wooden floor meant it was difficult to move around the apartment without disturbing rest of the party.

Clean, central and quiet. Shortage of implements; no bread knife or chopping board. Also at £500 for three nights I do not expect to supply washing up liquid and cleaning materials. Despite instructions as to how to connect to the internet using a cable there were no instructions to enable smartphones to connect to the free WiFi and I had to contact the office to obtain this information.

Reservation process with severe incidences. After updating credit card details through booking.com and received its confirmation, the hotel insisted my credentials were not valid and they would cancel my reservation because they were not able to check those details. Then, they sent me an email asking me to resend my credit card details through the same channel email (which is not secure) and justified with the fact that booking.com had a bug. I answered the hotel and copied Booking's client service stating my total rejection of such process which is a severe breach of security rules. I had to copy my bank account manager as well. Not once was your client service department available to manage this situation that forced me to expose to whomever whished to see, personal and confidential data.

I liked the friendly, welcoming ambience of my appartement, I was pleasently surprised with the good taste of decoration and kitchen ware, the soft clean beds, the location, everything. We could hear noise( running, walking), from the appartment above us, but not for very long.

Fantastic location in central Paris, walking distance to many tourist sites and stations with good connections (E.G.Chatelet). The flat was well equipped and very spacious (in central Paris!). Retrieving keys was an easy process. Room was not ready on arrival at 4pm.

It was superb. The apartment is right at the heart of Paris, all is nearby. It was a luxurious apartment, we had a home-like feeling. It took us some time to find a (free) parking space. The internet did not work and the code of the safe deposit box which contained our keys had changed so we needed to call for help.

Being an apartment, we had all the facilities we wanted, ie. Washing machine, kitchen, etc. plus lots of space. Fantastic location to city and easy access to all in paris to see and do. Even a view of Eiffel tower from our 6th floor windows! Only downer was shower head lowish, so hard to wash hair and often hard to change from bath tap to shower spray- small issue. We ended up extending stay as we loved it so much- that tells it all really!

great location -- about a 10 min walk from Notre Dame. Right near Metro. Nice kitchen facilities. Nice living room with TV. Could not get wifi to work despite numerous attempts. No immediate staff to ask questions to. Shower room was musty, some mold in shower area.

Good sized accomodation in a great location No info about the appliances or local do's and don'ts in the appartment. It was a little bit like a treasure hunt finding the keys, prior to actually knowing where the appartments location.
