Clean, great location. Value for money
The room is clean, the kitchen is clean and complete.... all is great for the family with 2 children like us.
too much noise from outside if someone come in or come out to hotel.
no much great for backpackers or stags/hens
very unsafe for young kids(no bars on windows , no air conditioning as we could not open the windows . Not very clean Not our chosen location Not a family friendly place - no curtain on bathroom window (not great when you have 3 under 11 year old girls travelling with you )
It was spacious and clean. Low cost.
The lady staff whom I contact was not kind at all while another staff was (a man) just OK. You will have to pick up the key from the place which is far from the apartment. I recommend this place only for low cost and location.
Room was nice..
No Wi Fi could not connect to it at all
the apartment is small but comfortable, great location, has everything you need (apart from functioning WIFI)
The Bridgestreet offices where guests are required to pick up the keys, is nowhere near the apartment and in a completely different neighbourhood about 30 minutes away. I arrived on a sunday outside of office hours, and whilst the instructions emailed to me prior to arrival were very clear (I was to go to the office, find a mailbox, and phone a local number once I got there in order to obtain the code for the mailbox where I would then find my key in an envelope), it appeared the phone number did not work. coincidentally, I arrived there at the same time as another couple with a reservation, and they had the same problem - so it wasn't a problem with my phone - and both of us kept trying to phone the number to no avail. There was no alternative number. I phoned booking.com, but they could not get through neither nor did they have an alternative number (although they were very helpful and even followed up with a phone call later!). Through turning on data roaming and searching the web I found the general bridgestreet website and a phone number in the UK. I phoned the UK office and was eventually put through to the Parisian concierge (who, instead of apologising, inquired how I could have possibly obtained her personal number) who finally gave me the code. I emailed Bridgestreet, and have not received any response or apology. Extremely bad customer service. Once I got to the apartment (which in itself was nice enough!!) it appeared that the WIFI network and code I was given did not work. All in all, very disappointing.
Location, space, wi-fi
The code to the front entrance to the apartment building had been changed and Bridgestreet did not inform me of this. If I had not met another occupant who gave me the correct code, I risked spending the night on the street, as I discovered this after the Bridgestreet office was closed. I emailed Bridgestreet to inform them of this, as it could be a problem for the next user, but I got no acknowledgement. Hot water was quirky.
The location was excellent and nearby a metro station. We had a late arrival which allowed us to pick up our keys from a lockbox at the office. The office was easy enough to get to from the metro. Thankfully we called before boarding our plane to get the key codes for both the door and box. The instructions for getting to the flat were clear enough. The flat was great for six people. Very spacious.
Not knowing the location until arriving was not ideal. The floors of the apartment were clearly old, worn, and very creaky. There was a distinct possibility of splinters. Our apartment was on the 5th floor. The staircase up to it was wooden spiral, which wasn't bad until we got back after a full day of walking. There was a very small lift that two people could use at a time. We had a bit of difficulty getting the tv and wifi to work the first night but figured it out eventually. Our air conditioning also didn't work.
There was nothing to be liked.
Wooden floor was broken making sound while walking. Wi-Fi was not working. Not enough cutlery was available in the kitchen. There was only one fan for six persons. Bathroom pipes were choked. The lift is very congested and many more problems.
Amazing location. Spacious. Two shower areas. Toilet separate. Very secure.
TV too complicated to operate. The set in bedroom disconnected.
The apartment was nothing like the nice photos on the website. Terrible value for money compared to places our friends stayed. Shower barely drained. Having to collect key from office that was nowhere near the apartment was a major hassle. I would never use Bridgestreet again.
Floor had hole to apartment below
Newly refurbished unit, spacious room, comfortable bed.automatic skylight ventilation and sun shade.
Change of apartment unit to different location in very short notice (1 day) without our consent. Very small wc, can hardly turn your body. wc is separated from bath room. DIsh washer is not functioning and not clean up, foul smell of bath room from drainage out.
The view and location.
Had to wait 4 hours to get key; used 2 taxis at twice the cost because of wait; apartment filthy; everything in French so didn't know how to work anything; staff did not answer phones so we could find out how to work things. Air conditioning did not work, not builtins or portables. Could not figure out tv, cable or wifi due to language issue. Floors were splitting and sinking, very scary to walk on. Plenty more but why bother, the rental agency didn't care
İt was bery dirty , internet did not work
Location is good
How the management manage the check in..I wish there ia a proper system as not all tourist can speak in French. .
Not having the service were they drop of the key at the apartment as a meet point it's awful because if you are traveling with a large group or with large luggage or with seniors/kids it's hard to go to one far end of the city to get the key and then get to the other end to the apartment, and also the check in hour it's too late without an option to leave luggage. The bathroom has mold all over the shower wall and shower floor. This company promotes some images in the web site that you think are the apartment that you are paying for but they decide what apartment to give you without preview
Spacious clean apartment in great location. Very quiet from city noise. Loved the portable A/C units!
Noisy tenants above us sounded like elephants!
Location, layout of apartment, comfortable, secure feeling , great facilities, reasonable cost, tidy.
a little noisy late at night with neighbours returning home, a few dark hairs in the bathroom on the floor, that;s all.
We loved the location and easy access to the Metro. Many fun restaurants and shopping nearby. Could also walk to many of the famous landmarks.
The apartment was not as clean as it could've been, and the showers did not drain well at all. We had to put towels down on the floor since the showers flooded so much. The AC was also broken so it was very hot.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Good location and we liked how there was a lift to our 4th floor apartment.
The lift had broken down when it was time to leave. The old parquetry floor was nice, but was really noisy to walk on. Especially late at night. When we arrived we had to first find the office over near the Champs Elise to pick up the apartment keys, then with all our luggage and children, get over to the accommodation nowhere near the office in Eitienne Marcel. There was NO mention of this at the time of booking. Took a lot of time and really tiring. Would not recommend this accommodation to anyone coming in off a long overseas flight.
Location was excellent. Easy to reach any part of Paris using the metro or RER trains just down the road. Lovely apartment very Parisian and plenty of space. Area very pretty little streets with excellent selection of bistro's or cafe's. Loved it :)
Family of 4 from Australia with plenty of luggage arrived into Paris at 9am could not check in until 4pm. You could not offer any help with luggage very disappointing. Wifi was free but we could not access. :(
Very central. Great value for money. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Would be great if there was some place to store your baggage close to the accommodation.
Almost all facilities including the kitchen utensils are provided, locations are fairly good and convenient within walking distance to the nearest metro, room and toilet/bathroom are clean, good wifi connection.
entrance is dark and quiet, light will be on only when sensors are triggered, dont feel safe to come home at night, streets are noisy with window opened, no air-conditioning during summer, floor finishings and stairs are terrible and poorly maintained and might cause trip hazards, lift is too small to only fit 1 person and probably with 1 small luggage would rather use the stairs with holes, pick up key location is too far and it took us 30 minutes to reach our apartment. we will definitely not coming back and will not recommend anyone to stay here!! would rather pay more next time to feel safe and comfortable.
