Very bad location faar away from everything .. Old gost building even the stairs was broken .. U take the key from a place and the apartment is 15 min by car at lest .. V.BAAAD in everything !!
The apartment was clean and the location proximity to the metro station was good. Within a short distance from shops, boutiques and reasonably priced restaurants. Student type area. The apartment was quiet and good for sleeping. Would recommend to anyone on a budget trip.
The accommodation was changed the day before arrival. The entrance to the apartment was a bit shabby down a back street. There were no views only internal windows to let light in. The apartment slept six however the third bedroom had no curtains or blind to block out the light whilst sleeping. The shower screen was broken in the corner.
We has been very much disappointed with the apartment you provided us and which was not the one we booked! We've stayed already at some Bridgstreet . The fact they changed last minute to an absolutely dirty place is unacceptable. You should never do that - especially not with recurring customers!
Large rooms, comfortable beds and linen , Great location - close to the Metro, secure, perfect for a family of four. Lovely and quirky Parisian apartment.
Phoned Bridgestreet to ask where our apartment was located so that I could prepare for a business meeting I had early on Monday morning and when I picked up the keys on Sunday found out that we were allocated a different apartment? Cleaning lady kept coming into the room on Monday to see if we have checked out long before the time we were allowed to stay while my children were sleeping in the front room. This made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
The location was good, it had a lift. The apartment we stayed in was very new and had everything we needed.
I didn't like not knowing where we were staying until we arrived, if I knew beforehand I probably would have changed it as this apartment while lovely was not really big enough for 4 adults for 3 nights. There was not much room between the toilet and the door.
Nearby supermarket, metro station line 2, 3.
They gave me another apartment where I had booked. But they didn't conform to me. It was not able to use smartphone internet. So we suffered for getting to the apartment. Without a kind couple, I and my young daughters could not find the apartment. It was really terrible.
Pictures were deceptive... no electricity in the bedroom... we checked in at 9 pm... no AC and no ventilation... no internet wifi password provided... called up helpline and they say nothing can be done at that time... rather he suggested to leave the apartment and claim refund... night was like a haunted house experience... my wife really got scared... we left the apartment at 6.30 am next morning... booking.com is a trusted website, pl dont market such awful properties.
Location seemed safe
Inconvenient to pick up key on weekend. Have to make phone call to get code. No air conditioning despite being listed. Refrigerator leaked. No instructions how to use phone, etc. If you get locked out there is no one around to help you.
Almost everything else. Normally don't put negative comments but this is a warning to the next visitor and to the owner. This place needs an upgrade!!!!
no air conditining, no lift. This is a kind of Fraud. This is the worst that I've ever stayed.
The things we didn't like outweighed the things we did unfortunately. It was a typical Parisian establishment but the facilities let the place down.
We were not able to get 2 keys so a group of 5 could not easily go off exploring separately. The air conditioners were broken, the TV didn't work and even though a technician was promised they never came, which we expected. The washing machine/dryer malfunctioned and ruined our clothes. The shower was hopeless for tall people because it was a hand held device. No ability to wash dishes, etc. The list is too long to go on. It was our third stay in Paris over a 5 week period and the other two apartments were cheaper but better appointed. Won't go back.
Location & comfort
- one toilet for 6 people is uncomfortable -utensil not available to cook rice -facility to keep bags early not available -not having all benefits that Appartement need to have - value for money
Rooms are ok for 6 people
Before booking nothing is mentioned that we have to collect the keys from Bridgestreet office. As soon as you booked the room you will come to know about this. Second thing, they changes service apartment at last min. When I reached the Paris I came to know that, my apartment address has been changed. Old fashioned room, very old curtains tiny toilet and bathrooms. Lift is too small, only one person can go at a time.
Location was great, and staff was friendly and helpful.
It was too hot, no a/c or at least fans.
Actually this apartment is managed by the properties agent. So they are more like a residential apartment. We've got a two level apartment with open kitchen, fully furnished, washing machine and everything. Close to a local supermarket and metro. We love it ! Very clean, spacious and quiet.
BridgeStreet should advice well before hand the keys need to be pick up in their office. Especially there are no service off hours and holidays.
The location was good, and the unit was comfortable for our extended family group of 4 adults and 2 children. Having two bathrooms was appreciated.
The lift was very small and old. The bedrooms had inadequate curtains and it was light until late in the night, so difficult to sleep. We were on 6th floor, and there did not seem to be a fire escape as there were no stairs up to that level.
Everything except for interior the office is too far from the hotel and they didnt even notice it so I had to walk almost an hour
We didn't end up at the apartment we booked, but much further out
Roomy apartment, close to metro and station, can walk to the Louvre, supermarket a minute away, non touristy area.
Arriving on Sunday makes the key pick-up system a nuisance. No dining table and chairs for kitchen island bench way to low to use it to eat on. Poor lights at night, no overhead light in main room area; small issues but when staying for a week they add up.
It had a toaster and a microwave. Free closed WIFI
Rotten wood on the kitchen bench. Being misled about the location - use of the name "Champs E" to indicate it was central to the city. The shutters in the front room were gloomy and did not open properly. There was only one chair with a back The "dining" chairs were uncomfortable. You could not sit on the lounge as it formed part of the bed. You could only sit on the toilet sideways. It was far more expensive than other places where we stayed.
It's spacious for a group of 6 people
Not enough lighting and some lights are not in working condition
We book 2 apartnents at same address but was given 2 different locations this make us difficult in communicate with each other.
The space was so small, no reception to get any information, receiving the key from one location and the apartment is in different locations which mean that paying two time for a taxi
u dont get what u see very hard to get the key
We didn't have internet, nor Tv, nor the use of teh grills to cook as advertised. When we called to enquire whether there would be someone on call to fix this, there was not. This dampened our stay knowing that we would not be able to use any of us. The reason we took this apartment was for the ability to cook our own meals. The staff on call was not very accomodating when it came to finding someone who would be able to fix this, as they had repair technician on the weekend.
